Needs updating

Pretty much everything is worn out. With a major refurbishing it would be ideal. Until then we won't be back.

Good value for the cost

This is a beautiful property but is in need of maintenance. The cost was lower than other properties near by so you do get what you pay for. A/C in bedrooms only. As other reviews have said previously the house needs more towels and resources for staying for the amount of time and the number of people.

Almost perfect!

We were very comfortable at the house. It was very clean and spacious. There were only a few minor issues. There was a leak of water in the bathroom that is located in front of the laundry room and it did not have sufficient lighting. The bedroom that was out of service in the 3rd floor had a severe leak coming deom the mini split system that was so bad, that the water reached the bathroom. We had to clean it and put a bucket under it to hold the water.

Just as expected. But could have more towels provided and toilet paper. Very comfortable home. Enjoyed our stay

Spacious and great location

The listing was accurate, the location was great, but the best part was the helpful staff that arranged transportation and dinners for our group! Great times all in all!

Spacious house at Marina Golf

We enjoyed our stay at this 7 bedroom house, which has the Marina golf course as its backyard. Located next to the Marina, with all of its shops, restaurants, bars and services. The place is very spacious, so there's plenty of room for a large group. The bedrooms are large, and there's two living room areas. Very nice accomodations.

Spacious, great Decor and location was absolutely Perfect. Great Host

I stayed in Marina Vallarta mid December 2018 with 2 children and 3 other adults. Alberto the host was always responsive and prompt to reply. Accommodated an earlier check in and later check out. We all had great sized bedrooms. Beds very comfortable. The villa is very well configuration inside. On 3 levels offering good private space for all. The Villa had everything required . The location was perfect, short walk to shops, bars and restaurants . I Loved the stay and recommend this villa and location . Thank you very much Alberto for assisting us and we look forward to returning.. Annette Perry Dec 2018.

Decoracion y mobiliario moderno y en excelente estado. Cocina totalmente equipada. La ubicacion es fantastica!! tenemos excelentes comentarios de nuestros huespedes

The house's decor is modern, in great shape and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for cooking breakfast or dinner. The living room opens up to the pool area with spectacular views of the golf course. The bedrooms are large, comfortable and have AC.
La casa esta ubicada en una calle donde estan los principales hoteles de Vallarta. Para acceder a la playa muchos de estos hoteles ofrecen un day pass, o simplemente que se hagan consumos. en algunos casos incluso permitiran acceder a la playa a traves de sus instalaciones. Pero a una distancia de 300 metros de la casa, justo donde termina el hotel Velas, hay un acceso publico en una caseta. Ahi el ingreso es gratis y sin condicionamientos.

Many of these offer day passes which allow guests to enjoy the facilities for a reasonable fee. For example, the Marriott charges 550mxn for adults (30usd).Of this amount 450mxn (24usd) is credited toward your food and drinks. In addition, a mere 300 meters across the street is public access to the beach.
Or if you rather stay home, Chef Cesar can fix you an amazing mexican seafood dinner at the comfort of your house. Don´t miss his fantastic "Aguachile de camaron" or his incomparable "Pulpo Enamorado" plus other 5 courses .. Only $45 usd pp. (upon availability, 8 px minimum). Plus also you can be his assistant and learn how to prepare this delicious food..
