The information for the code is sent out in advance, and it clearly states that it will not work until 4 PM. We kindly ask our guests to follow this instruction accordingly. Additionally, we have a 24-hour assistance system in place to help with lockout difficulties and provide immediate support. We are sorry to hear that the elevator was uncomfortable for you, and we will pass on this feedback to the HOA since we don't directly handle elevator maintenance.
