Wow, thank you for the fantastic review! We're so glad you enjoyed our little slice of paradise on the Emerald Coast. The powdery white sand and the crystal-clear water are truly special, and it's great to hear you loved them! We're thrilled that you found the unit beautiful and well-stocked, though we're sorry to hear about the missing measuring spoons. If you ever need anything like that in the future, just give our guest relations team a shout - we're always happy to help and get what you need to make your stay perfect! Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that you had some experiences during your week with us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the issue with the combo lock. The information for the code is sent out in advance, and it clearly states that it will not work until 4 PM. We kindly ask our guests to follow this instruction accordingly. Additionally, we have a 24-hour assistance system in place to help with lockout difficulties and provide immediate support. We are sorry to hear that the elevator was uncomfortable for you, and we will pass on this feedback to the HOA since we don't directly handle elevator maintenance. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
