This professionally designed corner unit is a wonderfully spacious one bedroom unit on the 2nd floor of Cabana Club. This condo offers fabulous views from the large Gulf front balcony. The kitchen has crisp white cabinetry, a full array of housewares for meal preparation, and full size appliances. The dining area has a lovely cottage style dining table for four and two bar stools at the breakfast bar for casual dining. The living area offers an upscale coastal feel with custom drapery, a cozy micro suede queen sofa sleeper, three occasional chairs, ceramic tile, a large flat screen TV, and a DVD. The master bedroom offers a wonderful king bed with designer bedding, cottage style white furnishings, and newly carpeted floor. You will surely enjoy the upgraded master bathroom featuring a lovely whirlpool tub with custom tile and a mirrored surround, a separate seat in shower, and Jack-n-Jill style half bath. Make this fine unit your next beach destination as it offers both supreme comfort as well as coastal elegance.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spotlessly clean!

Good location since we golfed at nearby courses. Very clean! Wonderful view from the balcony for the sunrises and sunsets.

Perfect Location, Not the best apartment.

3 1/2 stars. The location on an uncrowded section of beach with easy access and the view are absolutely perfect. That's the reason to go there. Seriously...can't be beat. The apartment has a nice floor plan, with two half baths that share a shower and tub in a space between them. But it needs work. Bring a fan, as there's no air circulation in the main room. The bed is broken/lopsided. You can sleep in it, but it sags to one side because the box spring is broken. The cleaning was not great -- oven was so dirty it smoked when we tried to use it. Cheap TV barely runs any aps. Has cable...which fits, because everything in the place feels 30 years old. Old, uncomfortable furniture. Sad thing is, the place could be great with minimal investment. It has good bones. They just don't care to spend on it.

Great location

Perfect unit location in the corner, right near the stairs and entry gate for the beach. It’s a very short walk to the beach, which is nice when you have small children and lots of things to carry! This is our second time booking the same unit and plan to again for the next trip!

Loved it

This was our first time staying in this area. The beach was amazing!! Not packed at all! Perfect place to take kids. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Our only problem we ran into was the ac went out but we called and someone came at 9:30 that night and fixed it. If I could change anything to help make the condo better I would get a more comfortable couch and mattress for bedroom! Other than that I give it 5 stars!

Home on the beach

This is a great place to stay, every morning you get to wake up and open the blinds and see the ocean 50 feet away. It’s in a very good spot away from everyone else but also close enough that every amenity is within a 10 minute drive. This condo had everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. Could not recommend it enough!

Not the cleanest

It rained during our stay so we were in the condo A LOT, it was not clean. Floors were gross, there was food left over from previous tenant on table and chairs and it looked like they just hung up dirty towels for the little display rack.

Destin Vacation

Loved it all from the extra bathroom, soaking tub, the big doors opening to the balcony to the private beach. This was a good value for our money and we would come back again.

Amazing view, fabulous location

This was our fourth time staying at Cabana Club. As always, this property is terrific. Units are quiet and comfortable. The beach view is amazing. I highly recommend this property. We will be back.
