This clean & stylish beach themed cottage in Downtown Pensacola will prove to be a fine getaway for you and your family or couple friends to relax.

Enjoy the best of both worlds while vacationing in this modern cottage. It's located in Pensacola's downtown residential community and is only 15 minutes away from the beautiful sand & gulf waves of Pensacola Beach!

The living area & both bedrooms feature new 40 - 50" TVs with access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu & Amazon Prime entertainment.

Please read ALL house rules carefully.

WINTER SPECIAL: October - February Longer Stay Rentals AVAILABLE. Weekly Stay $800 or Max Stay 28 days per reservation available. Message for monthly rates.

Otherwise, this cottage rents from 3 to 21 days maximum. Rates are as quoted. NO DISCOUNTS. The calendar is updated often.

Adorable home bear downtown.

Very clean with all the amenities close to downtown Pensacola. Hosts were considerate and quick to respond. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home

Leroy was so easy to communicate with and the reservation process was simple. The house is beautiful and very clean. My only suggestion would be maybe more comfortable living room furniture, it did the trick just not much room for more than a couple of people.

House was adorable and perfect for us. Looked and smelled very clean. Easy check in and check out. Loved having a washer and dryer to use! Owners are very nice and quick to respond.

Thank you for your review. Downtown Pensacola is in the mist of a huge new home build boom! It's exciting! So you'll find there are old and new homes alike around all of dowmtown. Our block has 4 new homes immediately side by side, ours being one of them. Then we have the authentic downtown vibe of original homes across the street - old and new mixed, the best of both worlds. I'm happy to see you were satisfied with your stay at our home. Our goal is to always privide a quality stay, keeping our home clean and comfortable just as you experienced. Thanks for your stay! Visiting Family at NAS Pensacola. Great place. Clean. Very Nice.

This was a great place to stay. Great location to NAS Pensacola and the rest of Pensacola. Very Clean and well put together. Leroy was extremely helpful and quick to reply to any questions. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend to others.
