Located in the Coligny area at Seaside Villas, just steps to the beach! …
You have selected a clean, tastefully decorated villa with a relaxing ocean view! This unit is bright and airy and very convenient to both the beach and the pool. Is perfect for a romantic or small family getaway or if you're looking for an escape but still need the ability to work remotely. The sleek design will catch your eye and the cleanliness and convenience will keep you coming back!

This villa has a new queen mattress and new bedding, new dresser and lots of closet space!

There are 2 Smart TV's, one in the Bedroom and one in the Living Room, with cable access and the ability to log into your favorite streaming service.

The workspace has two new full-size desks with comfortable office chairs and 440 Mbps Super High Speed WIFI (secured). The desks can be arranged as desired, either straight, L-shaped or together as a dining table.

The fully stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender, crock pot and toaster.

The villa also offers an ironing board and iron, hair dryer and a makeup mirror.

The outdoor balcony is great for dinners, drinks, coffee or just relaxing and taking in the view!

We also provide two beach chairs and a small cooler for a relaxing day at the beach or take our two bikes out for a long ride on one of the island's many bike paths!

This is an ocean front, gated complex with convenient parking, a pool, laundry facilities on every floor, an elevator, luggage carts, direct beach access, BBQ grill area with picnic tables, outdoor shower area and a large sundeck that overlooks the ocean.

This villa is walking distance to the popular Coligny Area with restaurants, live entertainment, shopping, a grocery store and the new Low Country Celebration Park.

There is a minimum age of 25 to rent the condo.

No smoking is allowed.

No pets are allowed ($500 per day fine)

3-night minimum rental.

Great location of property and easy to access. All I needed for 5 days stay. Being a tub person would have loved to have a plug for the tub. Some more explicit instructions about the TV would have been helpful. I finally figured it out, though! Overall a good unit to enjoy the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The pool was a good location and clean, our room was clean and had everything we needed! The beach chairs and bicycles made our stay fun and easier! The host was great and this place felt like home for the weekend! Will for sure recommend to friends and family!

HHI relaxing getaway

We have accomplished what we came for! Books, beach, biking…. And most of all relaxing. The place was perfect for the 2 of us… walking distance to so much … dining, shopping.. and fun! We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful property and location. Steps away from the beach. Very centrally located and less that a 1/2 mile from Coligny beach park. Our villa was perfect, clean and we had no problem with any of the amenities. 2 bikes came with the rental and believe me they came in handy as we used them every day. We will definitely stay here again.

One of the best stays!

My partner and I booked this rental for a short getaway, and we were not disappointed! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed! Communication with the owner was great, and she is super sweet and quickly responds. Our favorite part was that it came with 2 bicycles, so we enjoyed our ride around the island. Would definitely book again!

Great condo

We stayed at the condo for Spring Break. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

My husband, David, and I reside permanently in Centerville, Ohio where we operate a design/photography studio. We have been in love with Hilton Head since we first visited 10 years ago. We purchased our first Seaside Villa in 2016 and just recently purchased a second unit. As regular visitors, we love to kayak, photograph the beautiful sunrises and wildlife, and are constantly making new friends here. In May of 2020, my husband proposed to me while vacationing here and we were married at a nearby beachfront resort in October, 2021....so many great memories with friends and family. :)
We would love to host you and will do everything we can to make your stay a memorable one!

We are very excited about this villa! It is only steps from the beach and easy walking distance to the well-known Coligny Area with lots of shopping, dining, coffee shops, live music and the new Low Country Celebration Park. Not only does it have a nice view of the ocean, it is also very convenient to the pool and the elevator.

A unique benefit of this villa is that it was furnished during the pandemic to include 2 full-size desks, 2 office chairs and 450 Mbps internet speed to create a comfortable remote work environment if desired. Work area can be quickly re-configured into a nice dining space for couples or small families who are traveling strictly for relaxation!
