This is an awesome house with all the amenities you could need. It’s in a prime location by the pier as well as shops and restaurants all around. We will definitely do a longer stay at this property next time.

Imperial Beach

Ideal house in a great location. We recommend visiting Mike Hess Brewing and enjoy a cold one in the biergarten, and dinner at Brigatine located just blocks away from the house. A relaxing and comfortable stay.

Imperial Beach

Great house, well stocked with garage parking, in an excellent location. We walked to most meals, shopping, and of course the beach. Easy drive to Balboa, Coronado, and downtown.

Great property for larger groups!

Super clean, great condition. Everything was as shown in the pictures. Host was quick to communicate and helpful. The house had everything we needed! Steps away from the beach and pier. Great location for larger groups.

Really nice and spacious for our group

The space worked out really well for 6 adults and 3 children (3-7). The stairs were a workout but who doesn’t need that? The pier was very close as were shops. It was very relaxing and lovely.

Great Host! Before we can ask for an Early Check In they notified us ahead of time. Place was clean, everything was accessible, plenty of beach toys and accessories. Great communication, love the neighborhood, makes me feel safe

Experience was Amazing!!

This was our first time to IB. The location was fantastic. Close to shops, restaurants, and the BEACH! The garage being stocked with beach items was an absolute plus! Our host graciously provided restaurant recommendations- and YES, Tacos El Gordo is an absolute must. All in all it was a great experience and look forward to more adventures in the area.

Beautiful!

Exactly as shown in the listing. Beautiful property and neighborhood. Everything was within walking distance. We did go for groceries, and it was just a few-minute drive away. Loved everything about our stay! Would love to come back!

Amazing!!!

We had the best time! There was delicious food walking distance to the house, our favorites being Brigantine and Mike Hess Brewing for tacos!!! The house was perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). I would highly recommend staying here. There's delicious ice cream across the street from the house. We had a great view of the beach from the house.

Imperial Beach stay

This property has a beautiful interior including floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. The home is very well outfitted including towels, beach gear and kitchen utensils and appliances which made it a great place to stay with our family. Beds were comfortable. I’d love to see an upgraded shower head in the master bath, but that’s really the only suggestion I have for the owners. Lots of steps so if you have older people with you, just keep that in mind. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, beach and a short drive to Coronado.

Happy Holidays

We met with my son and his family for the holidays before he ships out. We had a fabulous time. We have stayed in Imperial beach before. The location of his condo is great. Right across the street from the beach and pier. The pier is opened back up all the way to the end once again. The Christmas decorations were lit every night and looked great. Can't wait to go back. If you stay here or at another location in the area please check the local church on your way home. They will take anything that is left over from your stay. Food, etc.

Weekend getaway

You get exactly what is listed. Everything in the home is exactly true to the pictures. House is fully stocked and theres so many condiments provided and im sure left by other renters that I was shocked to find several bottles of “tajin”! Only thing that I have to suggest is some clorox wipes or lysol cleanser to clean the counters when needed, or toilets when the little ones might miss the pot slightly🤦🏽‍♀️. We had a blast and the home is great.

Clean 3 bedroom condo with an ocean view. Beautiful large open concept kitchen/dining/living space where we hosted my son and his family who live locally. Plenty of beach chairs and towels, a short walk across the street to the beach. Beautiful sunset. Plenty to eat in walking distance. Imperial Beach in April is a dream, 60 degrees sunny and not too many people. Flat screen tv in all bedrooms. Weber grill on the balcony. Convenient trash bins across the alley. Plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen. Stackable washer/dryer, walk in shower in master and tub in 2nd full bath. Everything was perfect. Hosts promptly responsive and friendly. The perfect hosts. Very grateful for this time together with my family and the memories we made on this trip. My son is stationed at Coronado and we have not seen him in more than a year. My younger kids met their niece for the first time. It was perfect. Of note, the ocean is not a place to swim as the bacteria levels can be high but this is information I already had before I booked. We don’t swim in the ocean so it’s fine for us. Those ocean views are unforgettable, walking the pier is fun and you get to meet the fisherman and their favorite pier birds. The little restaurant at the end of the pier is a gem. Will book again!!
