Welcome to your slice of beach paradise! The condo is a 6 minute walk to the beautiful and tranquil Saint Augustine Beach. Just grab the beach chairs and towels provided. There are numerous restaurants in the area for whatever you're in the mood for. Walk around the corner to Salt Life Food Shack and enjoy dinner on their patio feeling the ocean breeze. The Saint Johns County Fishing Pier, volleyball courts, horseshoes, bocce ball, an art gallery, and a splash pad for the little ones are all a short walk.

The St. Augustine Amphitheatre, Alligator Farm and St. Augustine Lighthouse are all located along the A1A and are minutes to drive to. Historic downtown St. Augustine is only a 10 minute drive. Explore while strolling historic streets with quaint little shops and eateries. This condo really is the perfect location nestled in between everything you need while adventuring in town.

The condo sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, 2 closets, a beautiful vanity table set, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest room provides 2 twin beds and a guest bathroom with a shower. Kitchen features include dishes, cooking utensils, electric range, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Smart TV and Internet are also provided. Relax and unwind on the comfy couch streaming your favorite shows. The community pool is just steps away from your door and the local YMCA is across the street.

This condo was perfect for our stay. It is conveniently located to the beach and pier which are main attractions for us and only a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The unit is nicely furnished with beach supplies, bedding and towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner provided clear and detailed instructions for access and all policies about the stay. We would definitely book this condo again if available for future dates.

We loved our stay here! It was very conveniently located to everything, which suited our needs for the weekend. The condo was fantastic! It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. The couch was super comfy to relax on after a long day of walking downtown. We would 100% stay here again!

The host was easy to deal with and very quick to respond. The condo was located in a well-kept community. Kitchen seemed to be well-stocked and appliances up-to-date. It was too cool and a bit rainy for pool time, but it’s a nice pool. Very walkable community and close to restaurants and the ocean.

Overall great, the master bedroom needs better window courtains to cover for the sun also the AC vent is really noisy.

Hi Jimmy, thank you for your feedback. While I understand your concerns with window curtains, they are not blackout curtains and are depicted in the photos. All of our windows also have window blinds to shield from the sun. The AC vent was inspected and air filter was changed to help it run more smoothly. Thank you!

Perfect place for our weekend getaway

We stayed at Vicky’s place for the weekend and it was perfect for our family. Just a short walk to the beach and pier. And just about 15 mins to St Augustine old town. Vicky was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

Nice place, with easy access to activities.

Nice place with close proximity to beaches and other activities. Community pool very close. We preferred driving to the beach as we checked out multiple spots Is a second floor unit with stairs but was not an issue.

Loved the location close to beach and restaurants. Apartment clean and comfortable. Door lock was a bit annoying. Small hot water heater so be careful on your use.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and the location. I wish you brought up the concerns during your stay so that they could be addressed right there and then. As far as the lock goes, I provide very detailed access instructions and am readily available should you have any questions. As for the water heater, it was inspected and is working fine. The group after you consisting of multiple adults did not have any issues with it either. I only want my guests to have the best experience and hope that you stay with us again!

4th of July in St Augustine

St Augustine is one of our favorite places to go on vacation or for a long weekend. We are Florida residents and visit often. It never gets old, only better! This condo was perfect size for 3-4 people, very clean and met our expectations. Although the beach is a short walk we chose to drive a few miles to the Marineland area with public parking just steps away. We would definitely return to this condo. Viktoriya was helpful and very pleasant, condo spotless and comfortable!
