この豪華なビーチフロントのタウンホームには、5つのベッドルーム、4つのバス��ーム、およびビーチを見下ろすプライベートスプラッシュプールがあり、快適に16名様を眠らせます。家には高級リビングルーム、ステンレス製の電化製品を備えたキッチンの花崗岩のカウンタートップ、2階から3階までの堅木張りの床、1階に沿ったトラバーチンタイルが備わります��� スプラッシュプール（8.5×6）

 この豪華なバケーシ���ンレンタルは、家族の再会やビーチフロントでの結婚式に最適な家です。 3つのバルコニーすべ��から息をのむような湾の景色をお楽しみください。 専用エレベーター 要求に応じて使用できるエレベーター。

1階には、専用バスルーム、ミニバー、スプラッシュプール付きのプライベートバルコニーのあるキングサイズ��ッドルーム1室と、フルサイズベッド4台と薄型テレビ2台が備わる二段ベッドルームがあります。

2階には美しく設��の整ったキッチンがあります。 ダイニングルームにはダイニングルームのテーブルで8席、バーで2席を用意しています。 あらゆる角度から湾の景色を眺めることができるリビングルームには、薄型テレビ、ソファーベッド、屋外席のあるバルコニーが備わって���ます。 この階には、クイーンサイズベッドと薄��テ���ビが備わるゲスト用寝室があります。

3階には、キングサイズ��ッド付きのマスターベッド���ーム、専用���湾岸フロントバルコニー、薄型テレビ、ジャクジーバスタブ付きの専用バスルーム、ウォークインシャワー、ダブル化粧台が備わっています。 キングサイズベッド、薄型テレビ、バスルーム付きのゲスト用��加ベッドルームがあります。

二段ベッド（フルオーバーフル）、ゲスト用ベッドルーム（���ングサイズベッド、ソファーベッド付き）、プライベートバスルーム、プライベートバルコニー。

2階：2眠る

 キッチン、ダイニングルーム、ソファー付きのリビングルーム。 クイーンサイズベッド1台とゲスト用バスルームが備わるゲスト用寝室。 2階にはソファーベッドがあります。

3階：4人が寝ます

Frangista Beachコミュニテ���プールは徒歩圏内で、涼しい時期には温められます。

Fun Family week!

We had a great time. The location was excellent. The elevator helped my 70 y/o parents a bunch! What a blessing. We had two maintenance issues and they were resolved the same day! Highly recommend this property.

Amazing location on the Beach

The location of this townhome and waking up to the beach view, walking on to the beach anytime and our reserved chairs waiting for us was the best. The elevator was priceless for my elderly parents. The location to stores and restaurants was so convenient. We had a great spring break.

Arrived at check in house was very cool and pleasant smell. Got to checking the rooms out and found long black hairs on the bed sheets and pillow cases. Washed all bedding. Had a chair with a broke arm also. Large hole in the ceiling in the bottom bunk room. Shower head down stairs sprayed water right in your face from where it screws on the pipe coming though the wall. Had to lay a wash rag on it so it would not spray. Over all i would give it a 5 rating out of 10.

All of our bedding is professionally laundered off-site to ensure cleanliness. We apologize if there were "stray" hairs from the laundry service. The upholstered chair has a "loose" arm more than likely from someone attempting to sit on it. The gap around the ceiling fan and the showerhead issue will absolutely be taken care of. We always appreciate feedback and our goal is to remedy any issues quickly. That's why we send out a text after each arrival asking if there's anything at all that needs our attention. Thank you again for your review and we hope this doesn't dissuade you from staying with us in the future.

Beautiful and convenient. Quick turn around on minor issues and questions. Well stocked with dishes, appliances, towels and beach service (2 chairs and umbrella). Ready to reserve for next year.

Good time was had

This was a fall family trip wherein my dad and mother in law (both 70+) came along. Having the elevators and not having to pay extra to use it was priceless!! The views were all phenomenal and lots was provided such as dishes and beach towels.

Great View!

The house is very accommodating for large groups. We have 5 kids ranging from 23-2 and brought older family members. The elevator made accessibility for the older ppl so much easier. You could not get a better view and access to the beach. We ALWAYS try to stay in one of these home. Another great trip and looking forward to our next!

Great views, excellent location and great service!

The first thing you will love about this property are the absolutely beautiful views it offers to the beach. Though spread across 3 levels, this townhome has great living space and bedrooms. The patio/balcony is big enough for 6-7 people to comfortably hang out. Amenities are decent and work as expected. The property managers respond quickly and fix things as soon as reported. We loved the space enough to extend our stay.

Place needs tlc. Pictures deceiving. Pool was a joke. Frangista was very good. Owners need to step up their game. Had to request a new mattress for the master. Had a depression with spring felt.

Hi Karen, thank you for the review as we always look for good feedback from our guest and we always make sure the photos of our rentals are exactly correct and are up to date, which these are; as our office is directly across the street. The pool is as described in the listing information, Gulf-front splash pool is 8.5 x 6 feet wide. We did immediately replace the mattress with a new one as soon as you advised that you felt a spring through the fabric. We do not have the opportunity to sleep in these homes so we certainly appreciate you all letting us know about the mattress. These townhome units are valued at over 2.5 million dollars each and have been creating memories for families over 20 years. We hope you all will return for 2025 at Frangista Beach.

We had a few minor issues with the property but all were fixed very promptly. The property management team was great to work with and very responsive. Can't wait to come back to the area next year!

Review of condo

The dishwasher was terrible, finally quit working the last 2 days of our stay. The quality of the toilet paper was like at a truck stop. It was strange to have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the beach. That being said, everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Hi Pamela, thank you for reviewing Frangista Tide!! I left a voice mail for you several days before your departure to see how your stay had been so far. We were not aware of the dishwasher problem and wish we had known earlier as we are expecting Christmas guest in the home soon. The master bedroom is actually on the third floor facing the beach. The first floor bedroom you are referring is a guest bedroom and many guest walk around the side of the home if someone may be staying in this room. What a wonderful vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented two homes side by side to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends and family. Both homes were clean, very functional and spacious for how many families and kids we had, and being beach front and steps away from the beach was fabulous. Frangista was amazing at always being available to reach if we had any questions and also kept us up to date with weather information during hurricane Helene. This is our second time using Frangista Beach Properties and we will continue to use them for our vacations in the future! Such a friendly, welcoming company through the entire experience!

Summer family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice clean property right on the beach for extremely easy access. On day 2 of our stay which was in the summer the capacitor went out on one of the a/c units. I called Frangista Beach Properties and the capacitor was replaced and unit was back working in just 2 hours. Other than that which was not really a big issue because it was handled so well there was no other issues at all. A very nice stay and would recommend this property to everyone.

Two months in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo on the beach was beautifully appointed & decorated! The rooms are spacious in a great layout! Views from all three levels are breathtaking.. I'm pretty sure I am at the top of my photo usage with all the amazing sunrise & sunset photos !The management staff was so very helpful and answered any questions we had or needs!If you want to stay in a beautiful home in sugar white beaches... book this one ! We've already made our 2918 reservations!
