この豪華なビーチフロントのタウンホームには、5つのベッドルーム、4つのバス��ーム、およびビーチを見下ろすプライベートスプラッシュプールがあり、快適に16名様を眠らせます。家には高級リビングルーム、ステンレス製の電化製品を備えたキッチンの花崗岩のカウンタートップ、2階から3階までの堅木張りの床、1階に沿ったトラバーチンタイルが備わります��� スプラッシュプール（8.5×6）

 この豪華なバケーシ���ンレンタルは、家族の再会やビーチフロントでの結婚式に最適な家です。 3つのバルコニーすべ��から息をのむような湾の景色をお楽しみください。 専用エレベーター 要求に応じて使用できるエレベーター。

1階には、専用バスルーム、ミニバー、スプラッシュプール付きのプライベートバルコニーのあるキングサイズ��ッドルーム1室と、フルサイズベッド4台と薄型テレビ2台が備わる二段ベッドルームがあります。

2階には美しく設��の整ったキッチンがあります。 ダイニングルームにはダイニングルームのテーブルで8席、バーで2席を用意しています。 あらゆる角度から湾の景色を眺めることができるリビングルームには、薄型テレビ、ソファーベッド、屋外席のあるバルコニーが備わって���ます。 この階には、クイーンサイズベッドと薄��テ���ビが備わるゲスト用寝室があります。

3階には、キングサイズ��ッド付きのマスターベッド���ーム、専用���湾岸フロントバルコニー、薄型テレビ、ジャクジーバスタブ付きの専用バスルーム、ウォークインシャワー、ダブル化粧台が備わっています。 キングサイズベッド、薄型テレビ、バスルーム付きのゲスト用��加ベッドルームがあります。

Arrived at check in house was very cool and pleasant smell. Got to checking the rooms out and found long black hairs on the bed sheets and pillow cases. Washed all bedding. Had a chair with a broke arm also. Large hole in the ceiling in the bottom bunk room. Shower head down stairs sprayed water right in your face from where it screws on the pipe coming though the wall. Had to lay a wash rag on it so it would not spray. Over all i would give it a 5 rating out of 10.

Fun Family week!

We had a great time. The location was excellent. The elevator helped my 70 y/o parents a bunch! What a blessing. We had two maintenance issues and they were resolved the same day! Highly recommend this property.

Both homes were clean, very functional and spacious for how many families and kids we had, and being beach front and steps away from the beach was fabulous. Frangista was amazing at always being available to reach if we had any questions and also kept us up to date with weather information during hurricane Helene. This is our second time using Frangista Beach Properties and we will continue to use them for our vacations in the future! Such a friendly, welcoming company through the entire experience!

Beautiful and convenient. Quick turn around on minor issues and questions. Well stocked with dishes, appliances, towels and beach service (2 chairs and umbrella). Ready to reserve for next year.

Place needs tlc. Pictures deceiving. Pool was a joke. Frangista was very good. Owners need to step up their game. Had to request a new mattress for the master. Had a depression with spring felt.

On day 2 of our stay which was in the summer the capacitor went out on one of the a/c units. I called Frangista Beach Properties and the capacitor was replaced and unit was back working in just 2 hours. Other than that which was not really a big issue because it was handled so well there was no other issues at all. A very nice stay and would recommend this property to everyone.

Good time was had

This was a fall family trip wherein my dad and mother in law (both 70+) came along. Having the elevators and not having to pay extra to use it was priceless!! The views were all phenomenal and lots was provided such as dishes and beach towels.

Amazing location on the Beach

The location of this townhome and waking up to the beach view, walking on to the beach anytime and our reserved chairs waiting for us was the best. The elevator was priceless for my elderly parents. The location to stores and restaurants was so convenient. We had a great spring break.

Review of condo

The dishwasher was terrible, finally quit working the last 2 days of our stay. The quality of the toilet paper was like at a truck stop. It was strange to have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the beach. That being said, everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Great View!

The house is very accommodating for large groups. We have 5 kids ranging from 23-2 and brought older family members. The elevator made accessibility for the older ppl so much easier. You could not get a better view and access to the beach. We ALWAYS try to stay in one of these home. Another great trip and looking forward to our next!

Great location; but needs a little attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First floor states it sleeps way.....there are two sets of double wide bunk beds in a converted single car garage. There is a notice attached to the bunks that states “upper bunk beds are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 8 or over the weight of 120#s. Only one person per upper bunk bed, please”. Therefore, that only allows for 6 (not 8 as stated) can stay in that bunk room. We had 4 grandsons....one @ age 11; one @ age 7; and two @ age 6. The mattresses are horrible; kids hated sleeping there. The 11 year old could not turn on his side without a spring poking his shoulder and he only weighs 100#s. Definitely not conventional bunk bed mattresses. Beware anyone planning to use this for teenagers will be very disappointed. The construction of the double bunks is very poor quality. The one bunk is not bolted to the center steps. The bunks need to be replaced with traditional twin bunk beds. This would make the property exceptional!

Beautiful stay

The home was beautiful with a wonderful location. So easy to get our family to the beach and back! We had special circumstances and the owner was more than accommodating to our needs and changes. This trip was a true blessing for our family.

Furniture needs update, table was peeling, Needs sharp knives, better kitchen utensils, and more wine glasses. Pool need structural fixing, Mattresses need updating. Kids mattresses were like sleeping on springs. Grill needs cleaning and gas can was only about half full. Outdoor hose needs replacement. Please stop using the cheapest toilet paper on the planet. Mold and rust in upstairs shower.
