Central location, only 15 minutes to the beach! Pets are welcome <3 Camera outside by pool is used only for emergencies and is not accessible by host.

The property was fine with some nice upgrades, but there were many areas that were dirty. Bowl in cabinet full of crumbs. Kitchen table had food crumbs on it. Towels looked like they came from the garage. Sheets very thin/cheap. Furniture was basic and uncomfortable. It was a place to stay for our purpose but if I was on vacation I would have been even more disappointed. Also front door handle not secure at all.

Worst Stay to DateWe didn’t have the access code to get in until 4 hours after check in, as the owner finally got back to me to give us the access code at 8pm due to not checking her phone. The house was not clean as hair and grime were in corners of the house, the floor was sticky, and dishes in the cabinet were dirty and still had food in them. The furniture in the pics of the listing are inaccurate and not up to date. The outside backyard looked like a trash heap with the pool being unclean.We went shopping at Publix prior to arriving at the house for check in (which we didn’t have an access code to get into the house until 4 hours later). And, there were no pots and pans to cook with (and I mean none).Although the owner thought my concerns were humorous when she replied with laughing emojis, she did usually respond within a reasonable time, most of the time.This is my first subpar review, as I try to overlook things that can be fixed usually. But, this was one thing after another. I would not recommend staying here unless someone different manages the house to keep it in better condition for paying guests.

Furniture was dirty and worn. Bathroom sink back up and drained slowly. No trash cans in the master bathroom. Place was close to shopping. House was in need of paint. Shower doors in both bathrooms were missing and needed replaced.

Spacious kitchen/living room area, quiet neighborhood and being dog friendly are the positives. Pool area/back yard not inviting and not a paradise in its current state.Totes of discarded items as well as an old mattress laying in backyard/side yard. Linens need replacing as towels and sheets are very worn with holes in some sheets. Only seating for 2 on back patio which was a real bummer as we had 4 adults and wanted to spend time outside with our dogs. No outdoor dining space. Patio/pool area needs weeding. Indoor dining table only had 3 chairs. Painters tape and pushpins on living room ceiling and walls Probably from previous party decorations. Back patio light did not work but thankfully there were string lights we were able to plug in so we could at least see to let dogs out. Bought new bulb for back light but still didnt work.Only half roll of toliet paper and paper towels when we arrived. Had to purchase those items as well as kitchen trash bags. Door to patio very hard to open.Bedroom closet door off hinges and laying inside closet. Home has potential but needs tlc and attention to detail. Unknown if property owner aware of these things or if they are housekeeping issues but seems some were mentioned in previously posted reviews now that I have gone back to look closer. Feel the vrbo rating is much higher than it should be which is what I based on reservation on. Review left to inform property owner and wanted to help others from being disappointed

Cute house! House and linens were covered in pet hair and dirt though. We washed all linens before we used them. I think the cleaning crew forgot those. Need chairs by the pool! And some throw blankets. And pool towels. Back door handle wont open so we went through the laundry room. Fridge was large and clean! Other than the linens and pet hair everything was great!

One of the main attractions of the home was the pool. When we arrived the pool was not clean. It had broken balloons floating in the pool and in the filter. There was also a patio table sunk to the bottom .my husband ended up purchasing equipment to clean the pool so we could use it. That was what we did our first day there. The host told us the pool guy came on Monday. He didn’t show up until Wednesday. We checked in on Sunday. Another thing was the air kept running so he checked the furnace filter and it had not been changed for MONTHS! This is dangerous because my husband has COPD. The host told us she would refund our cleaning fee. We still haven’t seen that. The home is in a great location and has a lot of potential. It needs some fresh paint and furniture updates. For the positive side, the host was nice and responded very quickly. And the home is very cute and in a nice location. The white living room and dining room furniture needs replaced though.

Had a great stay. Very clean and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Really enjoyed the pool and appreciated detergent pods provided to do a few loads of laundry before going home. Would definitely stay here again and will look to see if it’s available for my next stay in Pensacola.

House was unclean

Check in was a disaster. Keypad code was not provided until two hours after scheduled check in time. Once code was provided, home had not been cleaned from previous guests. I requested a refund which was declined. Housekeeper showed up that evening and did a halfway job of cleaning. Pool was green and had not been cleaned in at least a few weeks. Photos attached

We had a fantastic visit to Pensacola, and this home was perfect for us. It was so roomy, cute, and comfortable, plus the host was a delight. She is super accessible if you have questions and wants her guests to be happy. My family loved the pool - it's great for kids and lounging after a busy day. With a little rain/wind, a few leaves fell in, but it was no big deal. The pool cleaner stops by twice a week, so it is very nice. The location is perfect - close to everything. We took the scenic highway to the beaches - it's close to the house and is a pretty view of the ocean, plus there are countless cafes and cute restaurants as you get close to Pensacola. You also skip the 5 mile bridge and its traffic that way.

Let me first start off by saying, if you want the whole 5 star experience where everything is available to you at the touch of a button, this is not for you. This is a house you are renting from somebody, so bring what you think you will need for YOUR stay. If you're not sure, message the owner, she will let you know. This stay was one of the best family trips we've had. The house is beautiful and the pool is just an added bonus. It's in the perfect area, close to stores, groceries, entertainment. Check-in was super easy and the owner was quick to answer our questions or find out if everything was going ok and if we needed anything. We were a little surprised when we realized there were no doors on the showers, but found it amusing more than anything. Just a little quirk that makes the house what it is. There were some inflatable kids toys for the pool, but the owner allowed us to bring our own floats (which we left in the pool shed, so you're welcome ). Recommend highly.

Beautiful house great location

Our stay in Pensacola was incredible! The house was beautiful and the perfect fit for our family. The teens especially loved having the pool, which was a huge hit. The pool service came three times during our week-long stay, trying to work around the storms, and they were not only professional but also super friendly—offering great local recommendations.There are shade trees on the neighboring property that overhang the pool area. They do drop some leaves into the water, but it’s nothing that made the pool feel dirty—just leaves, and easily manageable.The door leading out to the pool has a handle that lifts up to open, which could be a helpful feature for families with young kids—it might make it harder for little ones to open the door on their own. Just remember up to go out and down to come in. And the host—truly one of the nicest people we’ve ever rented from! She was amazing from check-in to check-out, making everything smooth and stress-free. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Overall our stay was great! Property was generally clean and mostly updated with some bits of wear here and there but nothing to fuss over. The pool was far from a resort style BUT it was perfect for my boys to play in for hours when they had too much sand time. It was a safe and quiet neighborhood and close enough to everything we needed.

Love Love Love!

This was our very first VRBO experience and it was great! The owner is very kind and quick to respond. The house has everything you need and it is neat as a pin. The pool is great! This is a great location, very close to stores and restaurants. Only a short drive to the beach and zoo. I have nothing negative to say. This was 100 percent a positive experience. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your super cute home! Hope to stay again.

The worse birthday ever

It was a nice house, but not clean. We were there for my sons 21st birthday. When we walked in the first thought was this is a super cute house. Then upon further inspection, we noticed how DIRTY it was. There was food on the floors and in the sink. Trash in the kitchen can and bloody feminine products in the master bathroom. The front door deadbolt would not lock. It had been damaged by the renters before us. The door to the back pool area, would not open from the inside of the house. Fire hazard if anything happened. There was wet clothes left behind in the washer and towels and blankets left in the dryer. Needless to say, we had to clean before we could enjoy our vacation. The pool has no pool liner so of course someone cut there foot on the steps coming out and this had to be addressed. There was a CAMERA pointed at the pool that WAS NOT DISCLOSED anywhere. I understand a front door camera but NOT pointed at the pool. Are you WATCHING KIDS OR ADULTS? I received a phone call at 1:15 am Saturday morning telling me to remove the cover from the camera or the cops would be called. She stated the neighbors told her there were 10 cars there and a party going on. We were asleep. We paid for 6 adults and 5 stayed over night. We had a total of 4 cars that stayed over night. No LOUD parties going on. The firepit was found broken with a mattress outside. Her house keeper tried coming into the house on Saturday with out consent and our dogs were inside. HORRIBLE

Quiet, comfortable home.

Home was a quiet comfotable home near the school my child graduated from. Only couple of small concerns on arrival, advised host at once. Host was very accommodating.

Great Stay

Overall amazing experience with home and beautiful stay. However, dirty dishes from previous guest were still in dishwasher. Front door lock needs to fixed.

Overall good!

We didn’t even get there till after 5, but the cleaning person was still cleaning the house. So, that was odd. The next day, while eating brunch, the pool guy was walking around the backyard… it just would’ve been nice to know he was scheduled to be there. Overall, the house was great! Good location, quiet neighborhood!
