During the construction period, you can expect construction activities will generate significant noise levels throughout the property with limited to no access to units based on work in progress.

This gorgeously decorated, completely renovated, condo boasts stunning views of the pool area and peeks of the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You can comfortably sleep up to eight guests in this fully furnished vacation rental with a private balcony. Take in views of the emerald coastline as you prepare meals in the updated kitchen, and enjoy upgrades that include shiplap walls, elements of stainless steel and granite, a farm sink, a soaker tub, and a marble shower. This resort features two swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a sauna.



Here between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, you can rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of the coastal dune lakes. Enjoy some live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or The Hub, only two miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brew pubs and wine bars for a casual nightcap as well.

Great if not for the paving

Very nice property but we were told 1 hour before we checked in that paving was going to be done around the pool & one pool would be closed. The paving workers were so loud that you could not enjoy the pool & dust was flying! I feel that should get part of a refund for my stay. It was hard to even enjoy the balcony when the pavers were working. The sign on the office said it would be open from 9-5 but no one was ever there. The condo was nice & right on the beach.

Great condo for family vacation!

This condo was perfect for our family getaway with 2 small children. Great views of the pool and beach (better than the photos!) We really enjoyed the layout of the condo, especially that the bunk room was able to be closed when our kids went to bed early. The condo was clean and well furnished. The balcony furniture was perfect for being able to both relax and eat meals. It was also nice that it got sun in the morning. The bathroom renovations were really nice and the tub was perfect for the kids' baths. The walk to the pool & beach was really easy and the elevator was great for times when there was a lot to carry. We took advantage of the chair/umbrella/bike service and were very pleased. We contacted the rental company to add-on a bike trailer for our kids and it was easy and affordable. Note - bring your own coffee filters and basic cooking supplies (salt/pepper/oil) as we could not locate that. Appreciated that they provided the basic cleaning supplies to get you started (laundry & dish detergent, dishsoap, trashbags). Highly recommend this condo for your family vacation!

My husband and I have stayed a multiple properties in the Seagrove area. This has been our absolute favorite! The balcony, the soaking tub, the close beach access with smaller crowds. All around a beautiful home!

After all the years we have come down to 30A we have officially found a place we were so thrilled to stay at. Was awesome being so close to the beach and getting chairs and umbrella were easy and the attendants were super helpful. The condo matches the pictures exactly and so clean! We were very happy with the location not far from Seaside, The Hub is mile a way and the Fish House across the highway was great too. We will defiantly be returning to this condo.

Beautiful property—please, please offer recycling

Everything about the property is great! Clean, comfortable, and stylish condo with fantastic beach area and nice pool. I gave 4 Stars instead of 5 because the property needs to offer recycling. They have garbage service; they should also offer recycling. I realize that no beach vacation rentals (that I’m aware of) offer recycling but it’s time that they did. Maybe if enough renters request it, it will happen. Despite this, had a wonderful time at the Dunes riding out Alberto and having 3 amazing sun-filled days on the beach.
