Frustrating Contact

the Villa was in an excellent location and was clean upon arrival only down side was contact with the villa owner ( who bought the villa after we had booked) and their property manager, I had to find the property manager's website and email directly as the villa owner was not responding latterly to my messages through the VRBO app this caused additional stress which was not necessary As I said Villa was clean and in an excellent location but communication with the owners and their property manager could have been a lot better even on the day before going on holiday I finally received the villa key code details and they came from a completely different company who's email went into my junk email box and I just happened to see it !!!! All in all not the best experience but if communication with owner/property manager was better this would be an excellent villa

Very nice house

We rented this house for eight nights and invited various friends and family members to join us for all or part of that time. All of us are over 60. Everyone had a great time. The house is attractive and nicely furnished. The family room adjoining the kitchen is especially cozy, decorated in shades of blue, grey, and dark red. We all spent a lot of time there. The kitchen had all the basics we needed. The appliances are all new and modern. The beds were very comfortable. The weather wasn't above the mid-70s when we were there, but some of us did spend time in the pool and spa, and enjoyed it. The lanai is great for sitting with a book and a cold drink and enjoying the breezes. The location is convenient for day trips and restaurants. We did not visit any theme parks or do any shopping to speak of. We did make day trips to Winter Park, Cape Canaveral, and Lakeland (for a spring training baseball game). The house was sold to new owners between the date we booked it and the day we arrived, so there were a few hiccups in communication before we checked in, but everything worked out. There's a small stash of books in the house; I wish they were downstairs in one of the public rooms instead of hidden away in one of the upstairs bedrooms. There are plenty of non-breakable dishes and glasses, so it's perfectly feasible to have a meal by the pool if you like -- there's a big table and plenty of chairs. A good house for getting friends and family together for a few days.

Family New Year reunion in Orlando

We spent 4 days of fun and relaxation in a very well located private resort location. The house easily accommodated 11 persons from adults to children. we all had a lot of fun after visits at Disney or the Kennedy Space Center. The host was very kind n extending the check-out time by an extra hour. Will definitely return in the future.

Making memories!

This house is in a great location for visiting Disney. The resort also has a pool, sauna, spa, mini golf, tennis courts and playgrounds.... something for all ages. Our kids/grandkids really enjoyed the pool and spa at the house as well as the Minnie & Mickey waffle makers. Eleanor was a delight to communicate with and quickly resolved a few issues that arose. We made some great family memories!

My favorite stay in Orlando!

Absolutely loved our stay at this property. Clean, spacious, wonderfully managed, and my favorite part was that every time I emailed the owner with a question, I received a rapid response. Very happy with our stay and will definitely stay again at our next family trip to Orlando.

Wonderful house. Terrific host. Awesome neighborhood

We arrived at the home on Saturday 6/4 and everything was ready and waiting for us. It looked just like the pictures and the neighborhood was just perfect. Close to everything we wanted to do and shopping and restaurants were all conveniently located. We had a little struggle with the hot tub, but our host Eleanor worked the issues with me. Other than that our stay was perfect and we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend Martin Manor for your family stay in the Kissimmee area. Plenty to do, see and a homey and comfortable house with an awesome lanai to spend family time when resting between Disney parks. What a terrific week!

Disney Birthday Trip

We were so pleased with our stay. The home is exactly as it is listed, and suited our needs perfectly. Very close to the parks, and also to many shops and restaurants. The home was clean, and well maintained, and we were also able to enjoy the hot tub several times. Eleanor was a very responsive host, and very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend this home and stay again if we have the chance.

Great value in an ideal location.

My family and I had a great time. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our extended vacation. It was a great value in an ideal location, 15 -20 minutes to all the Disney Parks.

Close to Disney

Eleanor was very accessible during our stay when a few issues were found with the property. She is an excellent host. The property is very close to the parks and convenient. The only minor negative was the cleanliness. Overall it wasn’t horrible, but could use a deep scrub on all surfaces.

Simply Wonderful

This was my first time booking with Vrbo so I was a little skeptical. Eleanor helped me through the process from start to finish. She even recommended some fun activities for me to take my graduates. The house is simply beautiful. All of the rooms are comfortable and extremely clean. They even left a few snacks in a dish for us upon arrival. I will definitely book again and recommend to all of my friends.

Definitely booking this property again!

I booked as a birthday getaway with my friends. The check in process was smooth and accommodating. Unfortunately my flight was delayed by 12 hours but my friends were able to check in and get comfortable. The property was clean, spacious and affordable. The booking process was great! The owner Eleanor is amazing, kind and patient. We love her 💜 I'm definitely booking this property again!

Amazing house outstanding Value great location

This was the best vacation home I’ve stayed in. The check-in and arrival procedures were smooth, quick and easy. The entrance was beautiful and easy to get to. Located in a great place close to lots of restaurants and stores. Minutes to Disney parks. The house was very clean and well stocked. The Mickey and Minnie waffle makers were such a nice touch. There was a Keurig (yay) along with coffee pods and all the add-ins. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking breakfast. The beds were comfy, showers were nice and hot. Neighborhood was very nice. We felt very safe and comfortable with our group of 8 adults. Highly recommend and we will be back!!!

Perfect Getaway!

We will definitely be returning for future getaways. The house is immaculate and decorated beautifully. You want for nothing. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and using the billiard room. There is also a nice size patio area and pool to enjoy. Big plus for a ground floor master suite. Gate check-in and house access were done with ease. Looking forward to try more of the club house amenities on the next trip. Driving to and from outside destinations are done with ease. Close to all Disney parks and easy access to I-4. Definitely a 5 star review!

Bartenders at the club house were very nasty. Didn’t seem like they were happy to be there. Food was bad too. We loved everything else. Great house! Great location!

Location is great! maybe 10 minutes to shopping and 15 minutes to Disney. My family and I have traveled and used many homes from VRBO. at some point, you go not expecting much because it's cheaper than getting a hotel with large family, but this home exceeded our expectations. Ashley was a great host, from check in to check out. she was quick with her replies, her house is as nice as in pictures, Ashley was as nice as her reviews. already booked with her for next year! highly recommend

Move along to the next home!!

Pros: While this house provides plenty of room for your stay, great location, Emerald Island clubhouse pool/hot tub/bar is nice. BUT...the devil is in the details. Cons: Dirty silverware and dishes we had to clean (the coffee pot still had the old filter and coffee grounds in it!!), a pool cover that sheds thousands of pieces of plastic that you have to constantly clean out of the pool every day. We payed $100 extra for HOT TUB heat that reached 90 degrees, home owner stated that is normal...FOR A HOT TUB?!?! Whether the breaker is on or off it varied 3-4 degrees, daytime temps in the mid 80's!! Our poor 13 year old daughter got stuck IN her room due to the door jamming shut. We were able to get Emerald Island security to help which they were very apprehensive due to home owners charging renters for all incidentals. They could not get the door open to get her out and had to enter through a window to get the door open from the inside the room!! Home owner was called and stated "Oh no, let me know what happens...we will try to get maintenance over TOMORROW to look at it. We had that door worked on last week". SO, after all that, not one offer to make it right...no one day refund for a ruined evening dealing with the stuck door issue, no hot tub heat refund offer, nothing. The response will skirt all our issues and make us look like the bad guys. I gave them the chance to do the right thing but was called out for basically "getting money from hard working people"... and "you can never make everybody happy".

This unbeatable location is just 4 miles to Disney World! The house is located near the back of the community which offers a quieter setting. Check out the guest book in the house for a short cut to Disney parks via Sherbeth Rd. There's a wide variety of restaurants, shops and attractions nearby too. Vacationing in a private home with an inviting pool is such a luxury. The resort community gives you the best of both worlds, you will enjoy the community pool and hot tub, sports courts, mini golf, updated fitness center and more.

She communicated regularly and quickly and was a great help on several occasions. Do not hesitate to book this house.
