This property was clean and the host was very helpful. The view from the balcony was awesome. We really appreciated watching bears from a safe distance. We will come back!

The reason I gave my experience 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the first night in our condo, water came splashing down from the ceiling. Must have been a leaky pipe from upstairs. The emergency service (Jason) was very helpful. He found us a cabin nearby (Smoky Mountain Dream) that exceeded our expectations. Tip: If you don't like narrow, curvy, steep, scary roads, this isn't the cabin for you. :)

Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for the unexpected plumbing issue that occurred during your first night and for the inconvenience it caused. We're glad that our team was able to assist you in finding alternative accommodations at Smoky Mountain Dream and that the property exceeded your expectations. We appreciate your understanding and your helpful observations regarding the mountain roads, which may assist future guests in planning their stay. We always say mountain roads lead to mountain views. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an exceptional five-star experience in the future.
