Would have liked face towels to be standard in rooms (they are available on request). Shower door was almost off of hinges and did not completely close. Otherwise, rooms were clean and well maintained, very quiet for sleeping.

It's easy to find, I got there using the Underground and it was 5 minutes away from the station. There are a lot of businesses such as restaurants, a look-alike of CVS, liquor stores, grocery stores, etc., many of them stayed open after 12 am. The hotel is clean, the staffs are really nice and my room was comfortable, it has everything I needed and was also always clean. I'd go back to this hotel.

Perfect!

This is a great hotel for a London visit. The tube is literally 5 minutes away, there are quite a bit of food choices to choose from in the area, and even the hotel restaurant is yummy. The staff was very helpful (hey Euan😘), and tho the rooms are a bit tiny it was clean and modern. The location isn’t necessarily central London but like I stated before the tube is RIGHT there and it gives you an opportunity to see the real community side of London. The neighborhood is safe and as two female travelers we didn’t feel any kind of way returning in late from a nights out. Def would stay here again!

Excellent location within walking distance of SSE Arena and many restaurants. My room was four floors underground and had to change two elevators to reach there. When the second elevator door opened, it was dark in the hallway. The lights turned on after I took a few steps (motion activated). The room was tastefully decorated, but the lack of any 110v outlet (not even in the bathroom!) wasn't ideal for guests from US. I ended up charging my cell phone via USB outlet in the back of TV.

Average. The toilet would not flush. The smell was terrible in that toilet area. I asked for a different room and got it. However the new room was much smaller than the previous room. There was a complete blackout of lights and electricity on my floor of the hotel for about 4 hours one night. I used my torchlight to get around my room. The telephone in my room did not work and i missed a few calls from friends. However I was allowed to use the phone in the reception area. Quiet hotel. Polite staff. Overall, average hotel.

The cleaning service was great. Breakfast service was ok but always had the feeling being watched which felt uncomfortable. Asked for a wake-up call the day I checked and it did not happen and then asking for 27.00 pounds for 4 scrambled eggs. What????

The staff service was excellent. However the property which flooded on the 1st floor and smelled like sewage, in addition the bedroom had to be switched at check in because the linens or dirty and had your anonyme, Lasley elevator broke down numerous times during our 2 day stay.

I wasn't impressed with the check-in process (and aftermath) having arrived at midnight because of flight delay/changes from abroad which i duly notified by email 7hours prior to arrival. I was assigned to a ''blind''(windowless) basement room which consequently messed up the stay. Infact the internet never worked in that room!

Overnite in Comfort

The hotel is close to LHR ang is newly renovated or constructed. The decorations are modern and staff are very accomodating. I was, however, very badly treated by a driver with the car service whom they serm to recommend due to their prices being lower than Uber. I was accused of violating the policies of their company (Falcon Cars) by drinking a soda in the taxi. The driver shook me down for 10 pounds because he insisted that the seat eas Oily! I recommend arranging your own car service because Falcon Cars hires drivers who are dishonest. I hsve no idea if the staff receive a kickback, but I am sispicious that they do because pf their eagerness to get me to ride thst taxi. Be careful!!
