Extremely Satisfied

I was there for 7 nights from 5th to 12th Feb. I took the 2 bedroom apartment. Lets start with the apartment. Clean, big rooms, good tv channel & aparment was always well cleaned. Only downside was that our view was blocked ny apartment/offices behind. Maybe better to request higher floor with view facing the main road. Location was ok. 10 Dirham to shopping/eating area like Karama/Bur Dubai Bus Station. There was a shuttle bus provided to good location like the metro station, Burj Khalifa (Dubai Mall), Dubai Creek (Meena Bazaar) & Jumeirah Beach (Jumeirah Mosque). Customer service was very good from the bellboy to the counter. Always willing to help. Lastly they provide airport transfer from the hotel with a small bus. Very good to put luggages as space is huge. Only 40 dirhams. Must take if you have a lot of luggages.

C'est ma troisième fois et je suis très déçu

Je suis allergique à l'humidité et beaucoup de chambre sentait l'humidité. Problème dans les commandes de dinner pour 5 personnes, on nous apporte 3 plat et 20 min plus tard les plats des 2 autres. Etc.

staff at front desk rude unprofessional not helpf

the staff at front desk were rude, unwelcoming, and not helpful at all. I had to bring my own luggage in the lobby and then to my room. NO TIP WAS GIVEN FOR THAT REASON. ALL THEY WANTED TO COLLECT THE MONEY FOR TAXES, WITHOUT RECEIPT, I was in front of them and after many minutes of arguments, he decided to issue me receipt with MR. i asked him do I look like a MAN , I am a female., just on a piece of paper no official receipt was given, other customers were in the lobby desk, fighting with the staff on unprofessional issues, of keeping there passport, knocking on their room door at 3 am in the morning, Had breakfast there one day out of desperation for $20 dheram it was awful, food had so much chilliest, my mouth was burning, food was not labeled to say what it was. local calls were charged, no basic comfort for out of the country tourist. i was left to be on my OWN. Asked to speak to manager, NEVER GOT THAT. staff speaking over each other, couldn't understand the conversation. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. WHEN I TOOK SHOWER, WATER WAS ALL OVER THE FLOOR ALL DAY LONG, SHOWER CURTAIN WAS SHORT AND ALL THE WATER GOT ON THE FLOOR. housekeeping staff did their best with what they are given, they were very polite housekeeping staff.

Good for a budget stay.

the hotel location is good. The standard of service is very good. I will consider the condition of the flats to be satisfactory. Not something luxurious. However, I would say the facilities in the aprtments are very good.

Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms clean if starting to look a little worn in places. Washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and hob if you want to cook yourself. Supermarket 100 yds away.

RUBBISH HOTEL WITH RUBBISH SERVICE, DO NOT COME

Extremely poor hotel with extremely useless and incompetent and rude staff. I would never ever come to this hotel again and would never recommend anyone to come to this CRAP hotel because they will simply spoil your holiday and give you headache and nothing seems to work in the hotel and if you raise any concern then they will simply ignore and won't listen to you and it does not matter how many times you call them. WIFI never works in the hotel and useless staff have no clue about it. EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED

Positiv: Kostenloser Shuttle Bus zum Strand und in die Dubai Mall (nur Hinfahrt) 10 Min. Fußweg zur Metro Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend/hilfsbereit Pool auf dem Dach mit super Ausblick Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe kostenloser WLAN-Zugang (leider nicht sonderlich schnell) Negativ: Leider sind die Zimmer schon etwas "verwohnt" (Makel im Bad, Tapete etc.) Spülmittel usw. muss man sich selber besorgen

Hôtel avec des appartements un peu vieux mais service impeccable . Le prix et correct et tres bien situer proche de toutes commodités. Personnel tres accueillant ils ont même des agents qui parlent français toujours a l'écoute et près a régler tous sorte de problèmes ....franchement j'y retourner avec plaisir je recommande pour les petits budgets. ....belle piscine.
