Great service from 3D Beach Rentals

Very Spacious 3 bed 3 bath condo with Pool View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The 3 bed and 3 bath was perfectly enough room for the 7 of us to not feel too cramped. It was clean and neat when we arrived. The living and kitchen space was great along with the pool view from balcony. The walk to the beach was just right, not too far after a hot afternoon at the beach. My only recommendation would be to add some more blankets to the condo and the pillows could be refreshed (in the master). We had to go out and buy blankets as the bedding was very thin and we like to sleep cold. Also, the door to the front balcony would not lock. We would book here again!

Amazing Condo

This condo was by far one of the nicest places I have stayed. We go to the beach every year too. Host was very friendly and very quick to answer any questions. The place was very clean and beautiful.

Our family had a great time during our stay. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to every need. A block’s walk to the beach and multiple pools to choose from. We will be back!

Exceeded Expectations

This unit exceed our expectations very nice finish out, nice upgrades. The size of the unit is amazing very spacious and the outdoor balcony is massive compared to other units. Would totally stay here again.

Great location

We enjoy having a pool and the ocean in walking distance. The condo was spacious and was as advertised. The cleaning could definitely be better but we usually come prepared to do some cleaning on our own anyway.

Girls Trip

The stay was wonderful with perfect view of the pool and short walk to the beach. It had so much room for everything and perfect for everyone. We had lots of fun and will definitely book again. Appreciate all the extra parking pass and quick responses via text questions. Thank you!!

The stay was great. The pillows on the sofa need updating because they have some rips in them. The patio needs new furniture and security is great but also a problem because they kept disturbing our visit because of rented furniture left by the previous renters. It was a great place and I will vacation there again , especially if suggested updates are made.

Thank you for your kind words. With regard to the amenities, all listed amenities are offered. You had asked about the basketball courts and I believe you were looking at the condominium next door. The location of the basketball court was given to you and is available in the golf villas for Seascape Resort.

Giant Condo

This place is huge. The patio is huge. Perfectly clean. Just a heads up, it doesn't come fully stocked like some of these condos with spices, garbage bags, etc. But that's clearly defined in the description, so we weren't caught off guard. Our boys loved the bunk bed. Slept like a rock each night. Great place!

Disappointing

Upon our arrival, we immediately noticed sand all over the floor, couches, and beds, as well as dirt (our white socks were black within 5 minutes of being there). The bed sheets and pillows had stains. The bathrooms were not cleaned either. Faucets had water stains and dust, mirrors weren’t cleaned, and bathtubs were dirty. The owner was quick to respond and send someone to clean it up, however, the only thing that was fixed was the floor. Everything else stayed the same and the owner never followed up. The kitchen was not fully stocked, and the dishes/utencils that were there, were old and dingy looking. We have stayed at Ariel Dunes many times, in many different rooms and this was by far our least favorite. Overall, would not recommend nor would we stay here again.

Great Patio

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation was great! Location was good!Enjoyed shopping, crab island and all the local places. We love visiting Destin!I would recommend new utensils, as the several items in the drawer didn’t work. The rocking chairs outside were rusted and didn’t swivel/ rock due to falling apart underneath. I would also recommend bringing your own everything for household items, as they don’t supply or stock items such as toilet paper, laundry, dish soap etc. To improve the guest stay I would recommend beach chairs. Include that in the renal either by proving beach chair service or foldable beach chairs in the condo.
