What...a...gem! 20 min walk to downtown, 10 min walk to the lake. Peaceful, quite, comfortable! Bed, sheets, towels, chairs make it so you don't want to leave. Built for relaxation and tranquility!

We had a wonderful stay at the Carriage house apartment in Boyne City. The apartment was clean, well stocked and a nice location to explore downtown Boyne City, Charlevoix and Walloon Lake. We would definitely stay again.

Very, very nice place to stay when visiting Boyne City and surrounding areas. Very clean, large kitchen with everything you could want, comfortable bed, and beautiful decor. Great location and wonderful, responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

Everything we needed and more was provided. It felt like home. The bed was the most comfortable I ever slept on. Great accommodation.

Boyne Getaway

My boyfriend and I stayed at this place when visiting Boyne and it was amazing. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It was very clean and welcoming. Overall would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic place and stay.

Very comfortable stay and a great location. Newly built out and very cute. Nice kitchen area, spacious enough living room area for us. Close enough to downtown and the lake to walk but far enough we couldn’t hear any noise from the festival going on there. Will be our first choice to stay when we come back.

Great location & accommodations

Great location - just a short distance to town and harbor. You'd never know unit was above the garage. Well appointed and comfortable.

Quick trip

Clean and Updated! Nicely decorated and there was plenty of cute added extras. This was perfect and such an adorable place for a quick getaway!

Cute place!

Cute, well appointed and decorated! Had everything we needed for our stay . . . and then some! Not waterfront, but just blocks from the lake and downtown. We would highly recommend staying here!

This was perfect for the 2 of us. It was super clean and pretty. They even left us snacks and wine. There was plenty of towels and seemed like a stocked kitchen. We didn’t cook but it looked well stocked. When I asked questions, they responded quickly. Would recommend for sure.

cozy and quaint

I highly recommend this cozy and quaint carriage house in Boyne City. The location is outstanding, the flat is immaculate, but the highlight of the experience is the exceptional hospitality of the owners, Debrah and John. I sincerely hope that our paths cross again. Enjoy!!

Not ready, but will be amazing soon

The rental portion of this house was top notch, and the owners really know how to take care of you. Gotta respect the blue and red folders. However, what was not passed along in the listing was that the first floor was under construction. Property owner was nice enough to reach out and let us know they’ll be wrapping up prior to our arrival, but what we did not appreciate was the crew arriving SATURDAY MORNING before 8AM and start slamming doors and drilling power tools into the ceiling under our bedroom. Would have never expected them to be working on the weekend and if we knew that we would have went else where. We literally only needed a place to sleep in and we did not get that here. Unfortunate for sure, but what are you gonna do. Lesson learned

We are so sorry that this happened. The workers were specifically instructed not to come on Saturday. They were suppose to be done on Friday before your arrival. The garage project is near completion and this will not happen again. Thank you for letting us know. Our deepest apologies.

We loved our weekend stay at the carriage house! It was so close to downtown and we loved being 12 minutes from the event we were attending in Walloon lake! It was so clean and instructions were simple. Owners were very responsive and even messaged to tell us about events going on downtown when we arrived. If visiting, we recommend stopping at Gs bakery and grabbing an eclair! Would stay again.

What a beautiful place and perfect location for a wonderful weekend! This carriage house is beautifully decorated and adequately supplied for a stay in beautiful Boyne City. Deborah is a wonderful host and the property is perfect! You should can’t go wrong booking this space for your vacation spot! Highly recommended
