Vår San Diego-fastighet ligger i det vackra området Pacific Beach, bara två kvarter från stranden och två kvarter från Mission Bay. Det är idealiskt för familjer, pensionärer och unga par med att ha en sluten bakgård (bra för de små) med en helt ny BBQ, gräsmattor för att berätta historier, samt ett apelsin- och citronträd med fruktår runt ! Fastigheten har en uppfart med en privat grind för två fordon samt gatuparkering tillgänglig - ett stort plus för sommartid i denna populära San Diego Beachside förort. Denna fastighet ligger inom gångavstånd (3 minuter eller mindre) av inte bara stranden men många populära restauranger, barer, kaffe / glass butiker, Garnet Street shopping och en mataffär! Vårt grannskap är tyst men nära roligt så vi ber våra hyresgäster att vara respektfulla för våra underbara grannar som bor i området året runt. Huset byggdes på 1950-talet när Pacific Beaches palmerade gator var gjorda av sand så det har en gammal känsla charm som vi ÄLSKAR! Det finns kabel, en DVD-spelare, och WIFI internet, och tvättmaskin / torktumlare i hemmet. Duschhanddukar tillhandahålls.

Det finns en privat studio ovanför garaget och ett privat garage på baksidan som delar gården men är låst året runt.

Great stay!

Great location walking distance from the beach, grocery store, and many restaurants. Very convenient parking - we have a large SUV and had no problem fitting in the enclosed driveway. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home close to beach

The beach home was clean, stocked with everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The location is very walkable to beach, coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store. The beach towels and toys made the stay perfect.

SD Beach House

Excellent property within walking distance to all you need to enjoy SD with family and friends. This beach house literally has everything you need to enjoy the beach. 5 min walk to the sand and pretty much everything else you would need. Perfect place to spend with family.

Charming House and Location

From waking up to the sound of seagulls to having family chats on the porch swing surrounded by rose bushes, the home truly added so much to our vacation. With my four teens we were able to make it a home base for exploring the beach, the bay, shopping, and restaurants all on foot. Thank you for sharing our house with us!

Location, location, location!

This is a great property close to the beach, the bay, groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Didn’t need to drive to get to these places, and your vehicle is secure with onsite parking! Plenty of room in the house to be comfortable for a 3 generation family vacation to eat, to play board games, and to sleep. We would love to return for a repeat vacation!

Summer vacation

Lovely home in a great location

Excellent Location/Amenities/Property

This charming house has everything for your relaxing beach family vacation. Space for parking, toys/games, beach accessories, and a lovely home located one block from both the beach and bay! Also walking distance to Ralph’s and restaurants. We loved every minute of our stay - two single moms and 5 kids ranging 6 to 1: years old. We would definitely stay again!

Cute and convenient beach house

Cute and cozy 3 bedroom home that was perfectly sized for our family of 4. The beautiful and large backyard is an added bonus to the close proximity to both the beach and the bay. There are lots of food options nearby (including a grocery store) and you could easily spend time here without driving if you really wanted to just have a beach trip. Our kids loved playing with toys and games inside and in the backyard when we weren't exploring. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in San Diego!

Hello! My name is Jess and my mom, Sue, is the owner of this wonderful beachside cottage and has owned it since 2011. We have celebrated so many wonderful family holidays and long sunny weekends in it! We rent the front house out year around. My mom has six daughters and she knows the value of a wonderful vacation for a family in a spectacular location. We are originally from a small town called Verdi, NV nestled in the mountains between Lake Tahoe and Reno, Nevada. Since my mom is a grandma to 7 incredible grand babies so far, she spends much of her time up North visiting all of the little ones and resides in Reno, Nevada. This being said we are so happy to welcome you into this wonderful place and now give you a place to call home for your stay in gorgeous San Diego, California.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property is not just a house to us, it is a home where so many memories have been made over the years. Originally we owned a time share on Ocean Front Walk and had been coming to San Diego for years. As time went by we realized how wonderful it would be to have a place with an enclosed backyard, room to breath, and a private driveway in the beautiful neighborhood that we are in now. The Braemar District, where the home is located, was previously owned by the Scripps family. A condition of the sale was to make the 4 block radius behind the Catamaran hotel remain as single family homes. Since then, our little neighborhood has lived up to that regulation and is loved by so many in Pacific Beach. We hope to keep this home in the family for generations to come, while providing a beautiful and affordable vacation location for small to large families of travelers like yourself!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our home has so much natural light coming in through the many white shutters that surround the living room, and it makes it feel so spacious and beachy. The all whites and sliding windows give the room a crisp and clean look, functional and beautiful. Also, the wood floors make it easy to clean sand up if you bring it in from the beach!
