Detta är ett färgstarkt och mysigt ett sovrum, en badstrand stuga ligger cirka 2 1/2 kvarter från stranden och downtown Avalon. Sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och vardagsrummet har en queen size-säng och en drottning futon. Det finns en rund bistro stil matsal eller spel bord inuti, liksom ett stort matbord på verandaen utanför. Perfect little house

Great location, very close to my Sons family and everything Avalon. Perfect for my daughter, 4 yr old Grandson and I!. Loved hanging out on the porch. Excellent value for a short trip. Will stay again!

Very nice and convenient

The house was very nice and spacious for me and my wife. The location was very convenient and walking distance from most popular attractions. Michael was communicative and accommodating to our needs. Would like to return one day.

Vacation Cottage

Cute small cottage, everything we were looking for. The small kitchen and bathroom let you do everything youd expect. If you have hopes for something other than a cottage youll be disappointed, but ill be booking with these folks, over the hotels weve used here over the years, from here on out.

Needs Updating But Cute

The front porch was great, and the place was cute, but it needs some love. It could use updates and a deep clean. The heater didn’t work, and the space heater provided had a broken dial that we had to adjust with pliers.The location near Vons is super convenient, but for the price, it fell short. Please reinvest into the property to make it worth the cost.

Great location, large front porch, friendly service

We loved our stay in Avalon. The location was so close to the grocery we referred to it as our "pantry." Everything we needed was close by. We had just hiked for three days, so we enjoyed relaxing on the large front porch. Check in and check out were easy. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Perfect little home away from home!

My family and i arrived much earlier than the allowed check in time, we wanted to make the most of our trip. We were provided with a safe place to leave our belongings until our check in time, meanwhile we explored the town. Unfortunately due to unforseen weather conditions, we were forced to extend our stay an extra night. Michael was very helpful in extending our stay and even applied a discount. My family and i enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Cute little house with nice big porch ! Hard to really relax on porch due to the constant noise of students and golf carts on This very busy street. Old home with very outdated interior the mini blinds were tattered toilet has an issue with constant water noise and a squeaky sound until you jiggle the handle correctly overall it was an enjoyable stay and Amber was very helpful when needed

Beach house on Catalina island

Cute house: could summarize as “ rustic”. Walk to downtown. It was a bit noisy at times, construction next door. We were out all day so not an issue. Would recommend for a short term stay
