Vår familjesemester lägenhet ligger precis vid stranden med fri utsikt över viken från vardagsrummet, balkongen, köket och matplatsen. Det har nya våningar nytt kök och nya möbler. Allt är uppgraderat. V��ningssängar har plattskärms-TV. Utsikten, särskilt solnedgångar från 11: e våningen uteplats är fantastisk. De flesta gäster ser delfinerna på morgonen. Vi erbjuder strandstolar / paraply, Netflix vid varje TV och gratis höghastighets Wifi. Pelican Beach Resort är den främsta familjen destinationen i området.

Vi erbjuder inte några militära eller andra rabatter. Vi har sista minuten specialerbjudanden redan inbyggda i dagliga priser.

Du kommer att känna lyxen runt dig i denna lägenhet. Enheten är uppdaterad med bänkskivor i granit och nya fåfängare. Köksskåp uppgraderas. Alla apparater är ersatta med rostfritt stål. Mattor i vardagsrum och sovrum är ersatta med lyxiga laminatgolv. Ny 43 tums tv i sovrummet. F��rgglada anpassade bankbäddar. Nytt minne skum Twin XL madrass i sängar. Cool Gel queen-skummadrass på bäddsoffan. Enheten är smakfullt inredd med allt du behöver. Vi driver uthyrningen själv som en familj så att du får individuell uppmärksamhet från mig. Jag har tre andra enheter i Pelican Beach Resort, som listas i airbnb nyligen med bra recensioner. Vi använder samma städföretag med samma uppmärksamhet på detaljer.

Myntstyrd tvättmaskin / torktumlare i golvet, bredvid hissarna på tvättstugan (ta 8 kvartaler för en tvättmaskin / torktumlare).

Beautiful unit!

The listing for this unit is very accurate. Clean, updated and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped so we were able to cook full meals with ease. Comfy king size bed, nice furniture both in unit and on the balcony and wonderful view of the ocean. The check-in process was a breeze and excellent communication with owner. Highly recommend!

Our stay in the Pelican Beach Resort on the 11th floor was a great choice.The unit was very clean and had all the amenities of home.The bed was very comfortable and the view of the Ocean is absolutely beautiful.It was spectacular watching the dolphins from the balcony.

Amazing view!!

This condo was very comfortable and clean! The view from the balcony and living room is absolutely amazing! The property is very nice too. Easy parking, nice hot tub and pools, and easy access to the beautiful beach! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back!

Everything about this place was as described in the listing all the photos left nothing to hide, the condo was very clean and all the appliances were new or nearly new we had nothing to be disappointed about at all we will definitely be back overall everything was outstanding !!

Beautiful place with an incredible view

We loved our stay. We appreciated the clear communication, and loved the location. Beautiful views, soft white sand and having our coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins play in the gulf.

The view!

The view was amazing! It was so nice to sit on the balcony and just listen to the waves crashing. Even caught dolphins swimming back and forth one morning. The condo was really nice and comfortable and had everything we needed for our quick getaway. Would definitely book again!

Nice and clean

My family and I absolutely loved it. Very close proximity to Target and Walmart, restaurants and the water park which is walking distance from the Pelican. The resort is clean and accommodated our family very well! We will return again!!

Perfect quick trip

Booked this room for a quick, long weekend trip. Condo was very clean. Beautiful views and close to many restaurants and entertainment areas. The one downfall is it is close to the elevators so there was some noise with that but not bad. There were 3 pools to choose from which felt like we were at a fancy location. Will be back in the future!

There was construction during our stay Which made it noisy and dusty at times. The owner, however, responded immediately to any issues that were brought up. He really cared that our stay was enjoyable. The condo is beautifully decorated. Being able to watch the sunrise and the sunset was awesome.

We love beach vacations. Growing up in Cyprus, I used to think that no beach is better than the salty waters of Mediterranean and our sandy beaches are the best. Then I saw turquoise waters and sugary white beaches of Destin, Florida and fell in love at first sight. This is the reason we bought beach condos in Destin. We visit regularly as a family and rent them ourselves. We have a total of 7 units at Pelican Beach Resort. Waterscape, Majestic Sun at Seascape Resort and Luau, Bahia, Elation and G. Sandestin at Sandestin Resort are our other locations. They are all by the beach and are updated. You can expect same great service and same attention to detail for all our condos in the area.
