Charmig, 1920s ursprungliga hantverkare hem i utmärkt, centralt läge. Gå två kvarter till shopping och restauranger i centrum. Eller en mil till Stearns Wharf och Beach. Njut av ett glas vin på den främre täckta verandan. Gå sedan till stan för middag på en av många restauranger som är godkända av mat. Vakna upp till en morgonjog eller promenera på stranden. Obs: Det här är en stadsläge och gatubelysning kan förväntas även sen kväll / natt. Helt ny remodeled badrum, WiFi / internet, ingen TV.

Detta är ett fristående hus två kvarter gångavstånd till centrum för shopping på State Street. Hemmet är soligt, luftigt, med ursprungliga douglas gran golv hela. Helt nytt remodeled Jack och Jill badrum med strålande uppvärmda (NUHeat) golv, för den bekväma barfotupplevelsen.

Vi kräver ett minimum på 3 nätter på vissa helgdagar / speciella evenemang, till exempel 4: e. i juli, The California Wine Festival (20 juli 21 +), spanska dagar (3 aug 4), etc.

Great location- peaceful atmosphere

Cute little cottage. Easy, quick walk to State street, comfy beds, great shower.

Good for our girls trip/ reunion in Santa Barbara. (A bit noisy of a corner location but also had some road construction that added to it ) enjoyed our time 😎

Great location!

Very comfortable spot for me and my sister--two bedrooms with a connecting shared bathroom. Big living room/dining room and kitchen with all the amenities. Thoughtful details like beach towels and chairs! Loved the porch and the location--walkable to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Bus stop on the corner. All-around wonderful visit!

Great location

A very pleasant home with roomy kitchen and big shower. It is located in a walkable historic neighborhood close to downtown but fairly quiet. We really liked the location.

Perfect Spot!

This cozy cottage was the perfect spot for a ten day visit with my son and daughter! A 5 minute walk to downtown was absolutely key! Would definitely recommend!

Very relaxing and close but not to close to the action! Perfect location. If, you decide to stay longer than a few days then bring a T.V other than that anyone staying at Pete's and Connie's place cant go wrong!

Home Base for our UCSB Graduation Visit

This charming cottage was the perfect place for our Santa Barbara visit that included a commencement celebration and exploration of the local area. The cottage itself is welcoming and comfortable, the drive to campus is short, and the walk downtown is an easy one. Enjoy!

Cozy

Cute historic cottage right in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara was perfect for a weekend stay. I love the charm of old homes. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch at the end of a long day. No issues to speak of. Parking was strictly on the road only and sometimes we had to walk a few blocks but it was not bad at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to Everything in Downtown

We stayed at this cute 2 bedroom house and loved the location. We enjoyed daily walks to Starbucks and sitting on the front porch enjoying the mornings. Note there is no TV in this home (I did not pay attention when booking) but it actually turned out well for us - a nice relief from the daily stress of COVID-19 and other stressful issues.

Santa Barbara bungalow

Husband and I stayed here for eight nights. This property was super cute and fit our needs perfectly. Loved that State Street was only three blocks away and everything was truly walking distance to this bungalow. We got to meet the owners who arrived to stay in the back ADU. Super nice people and we enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine with them. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any friends who would like to be centrally located to downtown Santa Barbara.

Cottage was dusty, cobwewbs. Coffee machine had not been emptied, complete with wet grounds. Window in unit was wide open upon arrival. Bathroom set up awful. No tv or music system.

Perfect Location

This property is in the perfect location to everything - it's just a short walk to the beach or downtown and close to the Freeway. It was a wonderful place to stay for our 1st visit to Santa Barbara!

Santa Barbara Stay

The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. We noticed some scratches on the wall in one of the bedrooms and sent it to her to ensure it wasn't us that did it. I'm not sure how often she visits the rental. I say this only because she sounded surprised at the scratches. Her house is walking distance to the shopping and coffee shops! If you have a car - the driveway they have is unavailable to park in. It's too bad because it's right there! There is street parking but you must read the signs to obey the times and days. It's really not that bad. Here is word of caution if you have mobility issues. I had a full knee replacement almost a year ago so I'm aware of an uneven pavement. When you open the gate to walk towards the house, there is a giant, metal North, East, West, Star, directly in your path. It's kinda awkward to walk over. Please be careful. They have two bedrooms - one bedroom has a bed very LOW to the ground. The other bed is normal height. **Beds were the best part of the ARBNB!! Super comfortable. The bathroom is itty bitty and the toilet seat is very low. Just a word a caution.
