Inbäddat i den vackra Adirondack Village of Lake Placid är ett nyrenoverat soligt 4 sovrum (2 ensuite), 3. 5 bad high-end hem. Gourmet kök, badtunna, ångdusch, WB spis, gas spis i köket för eldmiddag måltider. Två separata vardagsrum, två däck och eldgard gör det bra att leva med barn och tonåringar. Gå till Mirror Lake, barer, restauranger, filmer och återvända till lugnet i vårt underbara hem. Gjord för familjen som gillar att laga mat och njuta av Adirondacks.

Detta vackra hem har allt den kräsna resenären (och eventuell gourmetkock) letar efter i ett fritidshus. Gourmet köket har Wolf, Subzero och Bosch apparater. Eldstaden i köket ger atmosfären till en trevlig middag eller morgonkaffe. Två sovrum på bottenvåningen är ensuite ger privatliv i ditt eget vackra utrymme. Två däck: en för dagtid lounging i solen och den andra för BBQs och matsal al fresco. Adirondack stolar runt eldstaden i det lugna gården slutför din kväll. Två separata vardagsrum gör det bra att leva med barn och tonåringar - skicka dem ner för filmer, etc. Designad för att tillåta grupputrymme, men också utrymme för arbete eller läsning i hallen eller många andra krokar i detta rymliga hem. Allt i den olympiska byn ligger inom gångavstånd men vårt kvarter är utanför misshandlad sökvägen - vilket är stort plus i de travlande sommarmånaderna. Ingen trafik. Ingen letar efter parkering i stan. Promenera till barer, restauranger, filmer, sånger på sjön och mer. - samtidigt som vi kan återvända till lugn och ro i vårt vackra hem. Det är mindre än tre år gammal och sitter fint på fastigheten för privatliv och utrymme! Gjord för familjen som gillar att laga mat och njuta av en trevlig flaska vin. Driveway rymmer tre bilar

Nice and spacious, very clean property with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all. Kitchen was fully stocked. My only complaints would be needing more bath towels and the upstairs bedrooms are hot as the air conditioning is in the main part of the house, but plenty of fans were provided. Overall a great house.

This was our second stay here. Everything was comfortable and clean. The host is very responsive to questions. The house is walking distance to shops and restaurants in the village. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for luxury in Lake Placid.

Immaculate house - thoughtfully stocked kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms. Location was great for the town of Lake Placid as well as skiing at White face so many places to hang out for teenage and young adults. The nicest short-term rental we have ever stayed in. Far better than any hotel in town.

We had a great stay at the house. The house was cozy and perfect for our party of 8. We loved the fireplaces, hot tub, and kitchen. It was a great location and an easy walk into town for shopping and restaurants

House was generally clean and comfortable. Nice beds and bathrooms and comfortable living areas upstairs and down. Kitchen pots and pans were not cleaned very well before arrival. Oven was dirty with grease buildup on oven door. Outdoor grill had significant grease buildup on bottom causing fire during grilling. Hot tub was not working when we arrived but owner promptly had property manager contact company to repair. After repairing we tried using hot tub a few days later and was still not warming up. Contacted owner again and said she would have property manager investigate but no one came during duration of our stay. There was also mildew growing in detergent dispenser of wash machine and a strong mildew smell downstairs when ac was turned on. Fortunately the weather was cooler and windows could be opened.

We are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We take these concerns seriously and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Regarding the hot tub, we want to clarify that when you notified us that it was not heating above 85 degrees, we immediately contacted our property manager to address the issue. Unfortunately, when you contacted us again 2 days later and reported that it was still not heating properly, we again asked our property manager to investigate. Contrary to your report he did come a second time during your stay ~ perhaps you were away from the house at the time of his visit. He reported that he could not fix the issue and a service call was scheduled with the out of town hot-tub repair company immediately. We regret that the issue could not resolved during your stay, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. We have spoken to our cleaning company regarding the kitchen cookware, oven, grill, washing machine, and the mildew smell you reported so that these items can be addressed and do not affect future guests. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the experience for our guests.

Wonderful winter week

We had a memorable week at this beautiful property!! Snowy weather greeted us and stayed all week which allowed skiing, skating and sledding. We loved everything about the area and look forward to visiting again soon!

Favourite house in LP

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was such a comfortable house for our group. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well sized. The cozy atmosphere and classic Adirondack decor really elevate things. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful property conveniently located near Main Street, just a short walk to all the shops & stores. House is very comfortable with all the amenities one needs for an extended stay. My family had a wonderful time and I wouldn't hesitate to book again next summer.

Great house . Super clean with high end appliances. Everything you could need was available including little shampoos, conditioners and body wash . Loved all the separate living areas giving everyone their own space. Close to town . The hot tub and foosball table were a great bonus . Quiet neighborhood as well . Very thoughtful host.

Fantastic stay at fantastic property!

This property completely suited our needs for Iron Man race week. Impressed with the cleanliness and the little touches that the owner provided. Beds were super comfortable. Love the outdoor space. Communication with owner was quick and exceeded expectations. Wished we’d had more time to enjoy it! Look forward to returning for another stay!

Great family getaway

This home is great, everything was as described. The home is beautifully furnished and the neighborhood is quiet but within walking distance to town. The kitchen was well equipped so the Mrs was right at home cooking for us all. I can’t say enough about this wonderful property owners are prompt answering question and are very gracious. We will certainly be back.

Wonderful stay in Lake Placid

Our stay was perfect! This is a beautifully appointed home with high quality craftsmanship built for active families. The kitchen layout allowed for multiple cooks to prepare for family meals. Beds were very comfortable and we all really enjoyed the hot tub after hikes and bike riding. The neighborhood is walkable to town center yet in a very quiet neighborhood. Property owner was highly responsive and the management company was quick and on top of details. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this was the best yet!

Since we are all still working full time there are many times when we can't use it so we want to share this opportunity with others. We hope you love our home and Lake Placid as much as we do!

Varför värden valde detta boende

This beautiful home has everything the discerning traveler (and possible gourmet cook) is looking for in a vacation home. The gourmet kitchen has Wolf, Subzero and Bosch appliances. The fireplace in the kitchen provides the ambience for an enjoyable dinner or morning coffee. Two bedrooms on the main floor are ensuite providing privacy in your own beautiful space. Two decks: one for daytime lounging in the sun and the other for BBQs and dining al fresco. Adirondack chairs around the fire pit in the quiet yard complete your evening. Two separate living areas make for great living with children and teens - send them downstairs for movies, etc. Designed to allow for group space but also space for work or reading in the den or many other nooks in this spacious home. Everything in the Olympic village is within walking distance but our block is off the beaten path - which is huge plus in the busy summer months. No traffic. No looking for parking in town. Walk to bars, restaurants, movies, songs on the lake and more. - all while being able to return to peace and quiet at our lovely home. It's less than three years old and sits nicely on the property for privacy and space! Made for the family who likes to cook and enjoy a nice bottle of wine. Driveway holds three cars
