Magnificent Views

Wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean. Close walk to Ocean Beach Bars, Shops and Restaurants. Sunset Cliffs are only 500 yards away. Comfortable two bedroom with deck, and everything you need for a stay.

So much potential

Piece of Heaven

This little condo was plenty of space for a family of four. The beds and couch were comfortable and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The view from the kitchen, living room, and patio is phenomenal. It was great to have a reserved parking space so close to the unit. There is a small beach walking distance from the unit! We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful property

It is expensive, but if you are looking for an ocean experience this meets expectations. We had a few minor issues which I have addressed with Vacasa but overall it was a wonderful graduation gift for my niece.

Great location!!

This was the best experience and totally delivered! An ideal location with uninterrupted views of the ocean, could watch the surfers every morning and evening and killer sunsets right from the living room. Very quaint and cozy, Ocean Beach neighborhoods and sunset cliffs in walking distance, just lovely!

Location is great BUT…

The place is completely filthy. From carpets to floors to vents and bathrooms… FULL ON GROSS. Surprisingly the housekeeper showed up 25 minutes before check out and started cleaning the patio area. The pictures are NOTHING LIKE THIS PLACE REALLY IS

Only in the Winter

There is NO air conditioning. Inside temps during our August 2024 visit were 91 degrees. The carpets were dirty, silverware was dirty, and the 3 (if 4) working fans did not cool it down. The view was phenomenal, which was the best part of this trip. Would not rent again unless the installed air conditioning and changed cleaning companies…

Not the best.

The location was pretty good. The views of the ocean were pretty good. No air conditioner, got very warm in the house. Couldn’t open some windows, because screens were ripped or missing. Couldn’t enjoy the ocean views as the deck had no chairs and very run down. It was ocean front, definitely not beach front.

Gorgeous sunset views

Loved the waves crashing on the rocks and the beautiful sunsets. Views from inside the house also lovely. The house was clean (except carpet in bedroom) and well-supplied. Linens and towels were great. Furniture was in good condition. Good amount of space for 2-4 people. Patio needs more TLC including seating (one wooden bench and chair). Also, the privacy was a bit of an issue at sunset with people hanging on fence. But, we did enjoy our stay and would do so again.

Cozy stay with a stunning view! but child safety and improvements recommended

The view was spectacular! The room was very comfortable, like staying at a 5 star hotel. However, Could use updates on a few of furnitures, especially the deck. Deck doesn’t look like the pic at all. Pretty dilapidated, with bird poop on benches but the gorgeous view made up for it. Also, not very child proof, safety issues of my toddler getting out of the house so easily, with street access by front door (I was always on high alert with my toddler). I wish they accommodated my late checkout request of noon instead of 10am esp since there were no guests coming that day. Instead cleaner came an hour early. Also the silverware didn’t look that clean, which makes sense as I saw how cleaning lady washed them and it was done haphazardly.

Very nice location. Needs a few things addressed though.

Very nice location. My only concern is the trip hazard to the back bed room should be marked so that no one trips and falls. My wife fell and tweaked her ankle on the first day of our honeymoon. I would also think that a few quick maintenance items should be addressed like having AC and possibly a screen door in the back bedroom since there are no windows to open for airflow. The view, cleanliness, and location was amazing.

Great view but needs some care

Great location and views. The kitchen was good and the bed was very comfortable. It had plenty of space for the two of us, although the layout of the second bedroom is a little strange (and you need to be very careful not to trip going into it). The porch badly needs painting. Limited privacy - people from the street look right onto the porch. The table in front of the couch is wobbly. Overall, I expected a little more given the cost, but it was a pleasant stay and my wife did love the views of the ocean and the pelicans.

Oceanfront

Hello, This property could not be any closer to the water. The view is really nice during the day and sunset. The condo description is pretty accurate. There is a 1 can garage that is detached. The street parking is always full. This is a 2 bedroom but you do have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the other bedroom. We had an issue with heater not working. The staff immediately brought us 3 space heaters. That provided enough to warm the house. This was November so the weather outside was chilly. If you plan on cooking make sure to pick up all your basic supplies like salt, pepper, sugar and so on. We didn't expect to be provided these items. Overall I'd give this property a 4 Star. It's a nice place for a small family or two couples.

Great view, poor customer service

This house has an amazing view and location is fair. However, we were a bit disappointed in cleanliness. Rugs were dirty, dishes had to be re-cleaned and inside refrigerator was dirty. Upon arrival, there was no garage door opener, which is the only access to the garage. I had to wait over an hour on hold to report the missing garage door opener before finally speaking with someone. I also sent an email to Vacasa. However, Vacasa never fixed the problem and didn't even attempt to contact us throughout our stay regarding having no garage access. Therefore, there was no garage access as advertised.

Outside deck ocean view is the only good thing here.

Overflowing stinky trash can & several garbage bags in front of house between front door & bedroom window greeted us on arrival. Outside dryer vent clogged & bad smell coming from laundry appliances which we’d hoped to use (although no detergent provided). Filthy & ripped chair, very rickety coffee table & barstools. Sliding patio door stuck on track every time it was opened & screen came off track frequently. Entryway window screen with torn corner so couldn’t leave open which was desperately needed for air flow. Cobwebs w/bugs hanging from kitchen pendant lights. Called the number given upon check in & operator said I’d receive return call about my complaints in 24 hours as it was a non-emergency/security problem however I never received a call.
