Säg hej till ditt Balboa-halvöhus på Newport Beach. Smutta på lite EUT när du håller dig sval under paraplyet i din trädgård. Titta på paddeltagarna försöker hålla sig flytande ute i havet. Packa en handduk och välj en plats (framför ditt hem kanske) och sola och simma hela dagen på Balboa Beach. Ta lite lunch på en av de många restaurangerna på gångavstånd som Balboa Pavilion, där du till och med kan hyra en båt! Få äventyrliga och vandra några stigar på Crystal Cove Park. Eller gå en lång avkopplande promenad på halvön under solnedgången. Elda upp BBQ på din uteplats och smutta på lite vin när stjärnorna dansar på natthimlen.

We loved riding the bikes! There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon for pulling everything you need to the beach. We enjoyed using the grill and sitting outside !The beds were comfortable and clean!The bathrooms were nice and clean as well.The family room was a nice gathering area and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking!

Spring Break

We had a great time. House was perfect with all the amenities. The green area out front was perfect for the boys to play soccer, baseball, etc. beach front was perfect, loved the sound of the crashing waves at night. We did a nice bon fire and the shopping provided all the last min supplies we didn’t pack. So many great things to share about this place. The house is very clean.

Amazing location

The property manager was amazing and extremely responsive. The house is dated (bathrooms and kitchen), but location can't be beat.

We loved this property for its location to the pier and to all the shops and bars. The view can't be beat and the extra parking is a huge bonus!!

Perfect Vacation!

We love this beach house. It’s perfect for the whole family- even the dogs. The large grassy area out front with the beach just beyond is phenomenal. Comfortable and roomy. Parking is awesome.

End of Summer Vacation

We had a fun-filled 4 day vacation at Sea Glass in Newport Beach. All 3 generations of vacationers throughly enjoyed staying at the home. Besides the breathtaking coastline, the younger children loved the park right in front of the home where they played baseball, catch, soccer. The beds were comfortable and the living space large enough our group of 9. We would definitely come back again!

Beachside Dream

Absolutely wonderful property. Located across from the beach with plenty of private, gated parking (no need to street park). We had a wonderful time relaxing after a long day at Disney. Excellent communication from the owner / managers making it a seamless check-in and access to the property. It's definitely on our "we're doing this again" list.

Amazing home

We truly loved our stay at this home. The house was gorgeous and perfect for our two night stay. The beds were super comfortable and the house was beautifully decorated and super relaxing. The only negative was the party that went til 4am on the beach with loud music.

Great space and location!

Our team was out for work and loved the hours we were able to slip in by the beach. The house is in a great location and was very comfortable. We loved the light and views of the ocean. We could hear the water at night even in the back rooms.

I will never book another property managed or owned by AvantStay as my reservation/booking was cancelled by AvantStay on the very same day I was due to check-in. I was physically on the road to the destination when I received the notification that my booking was cancelled!!!! Very unhappy - dissatisfied.

Great Stay!

Clean, charming, well-equipped house in a great location! Plenty of parking, plus nice grass area in front for activities. Bikes were an unexpected bonus. Management team was responsive and handled a couple small issues quickly and efficiently. Would definitely rent again!
