Charmigt hem på Balboa Island!

Balboa Island är en absolut juvel i mitten av Newport Bay. Det finns en 1. 6 mil gångväg runt omkretsen och en charmig två kvarter huvudgatan med unika butiker och fina och casual dining, bokstavligen runt hörnet! Min stuga är mycket inbjudande. Har en innergård med utomhus öppen spis. Det finns ett sovrum med två badrum och ett separat sovande område utanför i vardagsrummet. Perfekt för två eller en liten familj. Det är möjligt att sova en extra person på enkelsäng storlek soffa. Centralt beläget mellan Los Angeles och San Diego. Perfekt för dagsutflykter.

Området är mycket avslappnad. Detta är en populär destination så det finns en hel del aktivitet som gör gården en välkommen reträtt. Mitt hem är en gata bort från huvudgatan. Det är så mycket pittoreska! Det finns en stor blandning av gamla stranden hus och nya exklusiva konstruktion. Det är en mycket förmögen område med ned till jorden invånare.

BTW, medan jag föredrar betalning med check som det finns inga avgifter, låt mig veta om du vill ha ett annat alternativ!

Wonderful location very nearby the shops and restaurants of Balboa Island. Jill was very responsive and friendly. I really appreciated being able to park my full sized Tundra as parking on Balboa can be very difficult.

The cottage gives out vacation vibes from the minute you enter the courtyard. Location can’t be beat- park your car and walk everywhere. We can’t wait to return!

OMG!!

This cottage is amazing. The photos don't do it justice. They don't show the beauty and peaceful atmosphere here. I am 69 and went on a sabbatical alone. It is so peaceful and quiet. Having tea in the morning in the Courtyard was amazing. It has a fully stocked kitchen. I can't wait to cook in it next time. It's walking distance to everything. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc are all within a couple blocks walk. The people are very friendly. It has been years since I traveled alone for work. I was apprehensive about going out to dinner alone as it had been over 30 years. One day I had an early dinner at the Village Inn. Two lovely elderly women at the next table put me more at ease with a little chat. As I watched people come and go each greeting others with hugs, kind words and laughter I wished I ventured out earlier. Jill is such a wonderful host. She has a binder with information for activities available locally. I ordered delivery from a Chinese Restuarant. I was finally ready to venture out off the Island. I called a Lyft to a place called Javier's on PCH. The food was amazing, the tequila selection was outstanding. I was like a kid in the candy store. I wish I would have taken the ferry to Newport Beach Rockin' Baja Lobster. One of my favorite SoCal Restaurants. This was my first stay on the Island. I usually stay in Newport Beach and ferry to the island. Never again. I'm trying to coordinate my next stay. Next time I'll be sharing my vacation with my husband.

A wonderful month on Balboa Island.

Such a beautiful residence and a wonderful owner that will make every effort to make your stay comfortable and you will want to return. The location is perfect, a block from shops and great eateries.

One of the best!!!

We have been visiting Balboa Island yearly for 16 years, this was one of our favorite places. Quiet and peaceful. Easy walk to town and the bay. Home was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. In case you can’t tell, we loved everything about this property. Plan to return again soon.

Great location, comfortable accommodations and wonderful host.

A short block from downtown area with shops and dining. Quiet neighborhood with a very friendly cat next door. I've stayed here previously and will in the future.

Incredible Location

Really enjoyed the property, only one block from town center, but still quiet and private. Comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Parking was provided which really made a difference. Highly Recommend

Great stay in a great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, but close so that you can walk for your coffee, groceries and food. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed visiting and relaxing in the living area and were able to cook just about anything in the well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely like to come back!

Squiky clean & absolutely beautiful
