*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. SunDestin Unit 1104 is a cozy one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Step into your home away from home bathed in sandy hues and filled with cozy decor and comfy furnishings. You’ll love preparing meals in the beautiful, fully-appointed kitchen, filled with everything you might need. Relax in the living room with flat-screen TV and take in gorgeous views from virtually anywhere in this open-concept living dining space. Enjoy tropical drinks on the private balcony or settle in for the night on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom.

You’ll find centrally-located SunDestin Beach Resort close to all that Destin has to offer, including shopping, dining, fishing, golfing, and water activities. Glide around on a Segway, rent a watercraft for a day, or spend an afternoon shopping at Destin Commons or Silver Sands Premium Outlet. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
