Det fullt luftkonditionerade huset ligger i ett lugnt, exklusivt bostadsområde på spetsen av ön. Mile vita sandstranden utanför dörren är en av de vackraste stränderna i Florida. Huset har WiFi (gratis WIFI) och har cyklar.

Det lilla angränsande huset med pool till vänster kan också hyras, vilket gör husen idealiska för bröllop, släktträffar eller utflykter med två familjer.

Beautiful home. The beach is just across the street. Shops and restaurants are only a short distance away. This was our second stay at this home. We will be back for a third.

Beautiful property, comfy beds and the view is amazing ! The only thing I would suggest is maybe having garbage bags , extra toilet paper and paper towels or pods for the dish washer as we had to make an extra trip out to get those items We did end up having a late check in bc the property management team said the cleaning crew missed our house, so that was frustrating but overall a wonderful stay and beautiful home and view ! Right across the street from beach access

Ana Maria Island Family Getaway

We had an amazing vacation thanks to the wonderful house steps away from the beach we stayed at for the week, the beach house was very clean, spacious and comfortable, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 6 guests, with a three car garage and all the beach necessities included. Communication with the host was fluid and we had zero issues during our stay. Highly recommended.

Family time and 50th Bday Celebration

The house was well stocked and in a great location by Bean point. The beach was a short distance around the corner from the house. It was nice that they provided a wagon and supplies for the beach. Lots of stairs to this home especially if you are staying in the master bedroom. But the garage being available for the teens to hang out in was an extra Bonus. The only thing I would be aware of there are no televisions in the downstairs bedrooms. Other than that we had such a Great Vacation! There is a sign in the yard that says tortoise crossing.. and we got to see him in action walking across the main road. That was fun to watch. We would stay here again!

Beach sunsets

This property is in a wonderful location, across the street from the beach. It was exactly as advertised. The deck off the 3rd floor master bedroom with its views of the beach and sunsets is the best place in the house. The view may change in the future when there is a house built on that empty lot.

Our Favorite: location, house, owners/management

This was our second time staying at this property. The home is wonderful: comfortable beds, good sized rooms and bathrooms, all the beach things you might need (chairs, umbrellas, toys, cooler, wagon, etc), drip and keurig coffee makers, all the things. The location is awesome: only a two minute walk to the beach. The owners and management are incredibly responsive, kind and easy to communicate with- after difficulty with management at other homes, I am so grateful to know that our stay at this home will be stress-free!

House was exactly as listed. Kitchen was well supplied for all cooking needs. Beach chairs were in excellent shape and plentiful, including umbrellas. We very much enjoyed the stay. underscore delightful and friendly.

Quiet and Clean

My husband and I stayed for a week in AMI for a workation in December, and enjoyed our time there. The property has a great floorplan with all of the living space on the second and third floors (garage is on the ground floor). The big covered deck on the second floor allows for easy access to the living area, kitchen, dining, and laundry. The primary bedroom on the top floor was comfortable and a nice quiet place to sleep. The only reason that we gave this property a 4-star review is because the owner did not provide many of the basic supplies that are needed when renting a home for a full week. With 3 bathrooms, there was only one partial roll of toilet paper, and no shampoo, conditioner, or shower soap (not even hotel samples to get guests past the first night). There were only 5 dishwasher pods (we rented for a full week), and no laundry soap. Given the price that we paid for the week in this home, we would have expected at least these basic supplies to be provided. When we asked, the owner simply replied: "We rent a vacation home.all guests provide their own supplies. We have normally toilet and one roll of kitchen paper in the cabinet for the start." Additionally, we were disappointed to find that nearly all of the white bath and hand towels were dingy and thin, most likely from overuse and a lack of proper laundry soap or bleach. Overall, Anna Maria Island is a lovely place for a vacation and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Wonderful location, steps from the beach. House was the perfect size for us. Beautiful balcony with doors that open up to make it feel like you’re outside. No complaints!

Hinter dem Haus wurde gebaut..also ab 7:15 Uhr kein schlafen mehr möglich. Uns wurde ein alternatives Haus angeboten..mehr als doppelt soweit vom Strand und wir hätten noch die Reinigung des Hauses zahlen sollen. Damit war es für den Eigentümer getan. Das war keine Alternative für uns.Schade das man uns nicht vorher informiert hat. Der Urlaub war deshalb betrübt.

Happy Place

The house is wonderfully located just a short walk to the beach, and a short walk to Pine St shops and trolley stops. After a small hiccup at check in, which was quickly resolved, we enjoyed a relaxing week+. There was construction going on directly behind, which started at 7am T-R, but not something the host could control. The house wasn’t fancy, but had all the amenities we needed. The hosts were super responsive and gracious throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay again! Thank you, Waldmullers!

Beautiful home.

Our stay was very interesting. The hurricane force winds and the storm surge were our first time experiencing a hurricane. We weathered through and Kerstin and Georg kept in touch with us to make sure we were ok. This meant a lot to all of us. We did puzzles and walked the island when it was safe to do so. The only downside was the black ants. I informed the manager and he assured us they had just sprayed. We bought some ant traps and sprayed Black Flag ant spray and this took care of the problem. This is a beautiful home with a view of the Gulf.

Simply wonderful!

My family and I so enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The location was perfect! A short walk to the beach across the street for early morning walks and watching the sunset in the evening! The location is quiet and peaceful. Only a short walk to the shops on Pine Street. The large front porch makes for a wonderful place for early morning coffee and a quick lunch between beach visits. The beds were very comfortable, and the house had everything that we needed. This is our third trip to Ana Maria Island, and it will not be our last!

Another great family vacay is SW FL

We have been vacationing in SW FL for 25 years but this was our first time in AMI. The house was perfectly laid out and was exactly as described in the listing. Kerstin was very reaponsive and provided a lot of useful information prior to our arrival. The house was not beachfront but the access point was very close and the beach was really nice. Tip: get your umbrellas and chairs set up early. It can get a little crowded and you may be dragging your stuff down the beach to find a spot. The AC was.cold and the house was super clean on arrival. Only hiccup was the coffee maker died on day 2 but no biggie, we worked around it. Pine Avenue had no shortage of places to shop, eat, and hang out. Further out, AMI Oyster Bar on the pier in Bradenten is worth the 15 minute drive.

Amazing home

Such an amazing week! The view was spectacular from both porches! We spent all our meals soaking in the view from the large table on the porch. Very easy walk across the street to the beach access. Such beautiful clear water this week! Kitchen was very well stocked to allow us to cook all our meals (except for a donut run to the Donut Experiment!). Very comfortable beds allowing us to catch up on much needed sleep! Would definitely recommend this home for a week in paradise!
