Left much to be Desired

Our unit was not clean, we had to deal with ants (even crawling on us as we slept) & the couch was broken. Not impressed!

Gillade inte: Boendets skick och faciliteter

While the photos look great, there were sadly quite a few things wrong with the place. A clogged bathroom sink; paint and drywall peeling; a stove stop that was so greasy we did not dare use it; the main kitchen light fixture barely hanging on. Not t mention the sofa whose springs literally jump out to greet you when you sit on it. Which means that you lose 2/3 of available seating. This was incidentally brought up in 2022 by another guest. Does’t seem the owners care much though. In a nutshell, do not be beguiled by the lovely photos. It looks like them, but...

Typical Sea-Side Accommodations

Pretty much what we expected for sea-side accommodations. Kitchen items were minimal, but sufficient. Beds were decent. Short walk to the beach; chairs and towels provided. Beware the couch.

Very uncomfortable, not happy with stay

Several difficulties with our stay. Most frustrating, we did not have a promised parking spot as the manager gave them to other tenants. We ended up parking up the street in a metered spot. Vacasa did not handle this for us despite several attempts in our part, and we never were contacted by local management as promised by vacasa. We ended up finally getting a $50 refund after days of upset. Also, this apartment is SO UNCOMFORTABLE. No seating area that is even remotely a nice place to sit, so no way to relax at night and watch movies. (Springs are literally poking up out of cushions on the couch!!!) Uncomfortable bed, and tiny tiny toilets and bathrooms and even the hallways. You can hear everything in the building. We were so unhappy and uncomfortable we ended up spontaneously leaving 24 hours early and just forfeiting that last night.

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean with the exception of dust on the blinds. The beds were very comfortable. Nice towels and linens. Could use better pillows. The master bedroom shower doesn’t drain, but the water heats up fast. Wifi was easy to connect to and fast. Beautiful view of the ocean! The unit has a keurig but only had one pod, so if you like your morning coffee, bring some pods. Overall, a very nice updated unit and we would definitely stay there again!
