Peaceful

The house was super cute and very clean. The location was good but the neighborhood sometimes was a little sketchy. The house didn't have central air. They had units in both bedrooms but the living room and kitchen would get super hot. I really liked the house a lot. It just needs one more unit in the living room and it would be perfect.

Perfect for us

It’s just our little family of 3 and the size and space were perfect. Seems like the owners thought of all the needs. It wasn’t over-the-top, but the space felt clean, everything we needed was easy to find. The hot tub and back yard with those views of Pike’s Peak were amazing! I did reach out to the owner once during our stay and she was very polite and quick to reply. Location was close enough to all the Colorado Springs attractions. The only issue with having more than 2 adults may be the bathroom? The space was excellent, but hot water was a tad limited. The bedroom sizes were great. We would totally stay here again!

Nice little place

Property was the perfect size for our family. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Was walking distance to downtown but house was on a semi-main road. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Less than a mile to downtown Colorado Springs. Inside Peak View Cottage, you will feel right at home. It's a relaxing space with an open living and dining room. The cottage has a wonderful sitting room that may be used for multiple purposes. By morning, get your day started with a cup of coffee while reading a great book or the news. By night, unwind with a glass of wine and a game of cards. Inside the kitchen, guests will find everything they need to make a tasty meal. The cottage kitchen is brand new and fully updated. Off of the kitchen is a newly updated bathroom / laundry room. Both bedroom spaces are the perfect place to lay your head and get a great night of sleep after a fun day exploring Colorado Springs.
