Florens centrum - helt renoverad svit med fantastisk utsikt över floden Arno och Old Bridge.
Lägenheten ligger 30 meter långt från Ponte Vecchio. Det är beläget på femte mezzaninvåningen i en sjuttonde århundradesbyggnad (med en hiss från bottenvåningen). Adressen är Lungarno Archibusieri i hörnet mellan Ponte Vecchio och Uffizi-galleriet, framför taket på Corridoio Vasariano.
Det är fullt av naturligt ljus och har spektakulär utsikt över floden Arno. Det är elegant inredda med antikviteter och designmöbler. Alla detaljer (tapestry, lampor, möbler) har valts med omsorg.
Interiören är 48 kvadratmeter (520 kvadratmeter) och totalrenoverades 2010. Det består av ett vardagsrum med amerikanskt kök, ett sovrum med dubbelsäng (160x200) och garderob och ett modernt badrum. Sovrummet är ganska och drottningssängen har en sida bredvid väggen, titta på bilden.
Trots att den är idealisk för två personer kan lägenheten passa upp till maximalt fyra med en bäddsoffa (140x200) i vardagsrummet. Rummen är inte mycket höga, du måste veta det om du är längre än 6 '.

Korsar du Ponte Vecchio till andra sidan av Arno når du Palazzo Pitti och Boboli-trädgården på 5 minuter. Lägenheten ligger 15 minuter till fots till centralstationen Santa Maria Novella, där du kan ta bussar som går i alla riktningar av staden. Uppmätta och täckta offentliga parkeringsplatser finns några meter från lägenheten.

Perfect Location

Marusca checked us in and was absolutely wonderful. She sat with us to review a map and gave recommendations. We went to most all of them and could not be happier. The location was literally steps to Ponte Vecchio. Central to everything. If we are able to make it back to Florence, we would 100% reach out to her again.

Amazing lication

I can’t imagine a better location to enjoy Florence. I could have my morning coffee and watch the door traffic on the Ponte Vecchio and the skullers on the Arno. Less than a block from the Uffizi. Wonderful!!!

Perfect Florence Stay

This is the perfect cozy stay in Florence. The apartment was very clean and the host extreemly helpful. We took several of her recommendations and they all turned out fantastic. As everyone else had said though you can't beat the location of this as it is in the heart of everything.

Beautiful apartment directly adjacent to Ponte Vecchio bridge. Very clean and well equipped to cater for a small family as a base to explore Florence. Would recommend/ revisit.

Ideal location

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location was perfect - close to everything including coffee shops, gelaterias, grocery store, restaurants, train station, and historic sites and museums. The home had everything we needed and more. Marusca and Alberto were awesome hosts and very welcoming and helpful to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Would definitely consider returning and staying here again.

Ideal location

The host is most welcoming and helpful. Everything you would want to see is within easy walking distance. A grocery is close by as is a bank. The apartment is large and has every convenience.

Wonderful apartment in a great location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy apartment with a great view of the Ponte Vecchio. The location is fantastic with the Uffizi practically next door. The apartment is located on the 5th floor but there’s a lift that makes it a breeze. The living area has ample room and a large L shaped sofa, making for a comfortable place to rest during the evening. The bedroom mattress is quite comfortable as well.The bathroom is an odd location but we did not find this to be a hindrance. Just about everywhere you would want to go is walkable from this location. Our hosts were terrific and allowed us to check in a little early and arranged taxis for us to and from the apartment. We would not hesitate to stay here again if returning to Florence.

Simply the best stay in Firenze

This property may be in the best location in all of Firenze. It literally a 1 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. It has an amazing view of the bridge. The property is clean, extremely comfortable and has everything you need. Highly recommend it. Now, what made this stay even more incredible was that we were checked in by Marusca. We couldn’t have had a better check in experience. She has a larger than life personality that goes along with her unbelievable knowledge of the city. We truly feel that we have made a friend for life.

An amazing property with a wonderful host

My adult daughter and I stayed in this wonderful apartment and had the best time. It's right on the river and within walking distance of everything you might want to see or do in Florence (it's literally steps from the Uffizi). We showed up during a heat wave, so having an elevator and A/C was a relief. The shower is typical of others I've seen in Italy, in that it's pretty small. We didn't have any issues, but if you are a very large person it could be a challenge so just manage your expectations. It was very handy to have a kitchen to make some of our meals. Marusca was great at communicating before our arrival and gave us helpful tips about where to buy groceries, local restaurants, etc. She was also very responsive to my questions and even helped us get a cab to the train station. We would happily stay there again!

Fabulous Firenze location AND a view

This is a special apartment directly overlooking the Arno at the Ponte Vecchio. We loved to sit and watch the sunset over the buildings and bridges from the large picture window. This is hands down our most favourite area to stay; right in the action yet without any street noise except the distant pleasant chiming of the Basiica bells. Every comfort available for a short or long stay, from a welcome and not-to-common lift to a well equiped kitchenette, including generously supplied paper towels and coffee, tea and condiments for cooking. All spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and a washing machine! Marusca and Alberto were very communicative to queries and so welcoming, kind and knowledgeable for all the nuances of Florentine culture. Suggestions of awesome restaurants and where to get the best groceries was fantastic info and made us feel like locals. We can’t wait to stay again. Needless to say we loved it.

The Arno River Walkway Apartment

We really liked the apartment. A very comfortable bed, quiet environs as the new windows kept out all of the noise, everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The host made a second trip over to show us how to work the washing machine which we really appreciated. Step outside the apartment and you are right on the Arno River walkway which was beautiful.
