Cabin Near Yosemite w/ Game Room & Private Lake

A cozy, newly remodeled cabin nestled amongst pine trees, inside the private community of Pine Mountain Lake. Enjoy access to the lake with three beaches and a marina with water sports rentals, a swimming pool, an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis courts, an equestrian center, nature trails, and more! This 4bd/2ba sleeps 10 comfortably and could be the perfect getaway for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or as a launching pad to explore Yosemite National Park, just 30 minutes away.

The main level has an open floor plan with a spacious living room with soft comfortable leather couches and a vintage wood burning oven (do not operate). The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee machine, rice maker, pots, pans, dishware and utensils. It has granite countertops and a breakfast bar that can seat up to 4 people. Next to it, a dining area that sits 6 and a large deck fully equipped with a gas grill and a big table that can comfortably sit another 6. The main floor also includes two bedrooms with a queen size bed each, there is also a small area with a desk for remote work, a full bath, and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a luxurious California king bed, a large smart TV, a walk-in closet, and its own private balcony with a seating area for two with beautiful views of the mountains. On the opposite side, there is the fourth bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin daybed with a trundle bed. The second floor also has a full bath with plenty of storage.

All bedrooms are carpeted and have their own ceiling fans. For your comfort, this chalet is equipped with central air conditioning, heating, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. There is a brand new game room in the garage with a bar, a pool table, a great selection of puzzles and board games, and a 55" TV. All TVs have an Apple TV which you can use to access all your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney+ etc. with your own login.

Besides the two private decks, we have a great outdoor area in the front of the house with a brand new private fire pit, many Adirondack chairs, and swings for the kids. Please note that the usage of the fire pit (making fire) is only allowed during the fall and winter season. On the back of the house, we also have a tree house your kiddos would love! Furthermore, we are just a short 5min walk from a creek where you can enjoy the peaceful sound of running water and the natural surroundings. Note that the creek usually runs from December through June.

FAQs:
PET POLICY: No pets allowed. No exceptions.
PARKING: Tandem parking space next to driveway for 2 vehicles. Garage usage/access is not available.
GARBAGE: Due to local wildlife, all garbage must be properly bagged, tied and placed outside in the trash bins located underneath the staircase. All garbage must be removed from inside the house prior to your departure. This is required as part of the departure instructions.
CAMERAS: There are three outdoor security cameras (facing out). One located at the front door, another one at the back of the house, and one located adjacent to the garage below the stairs. They will be on during your stay.
STAIRS: Stairs are required for access to the property.
GENERAL: The house comes with central air conditioning and heater, linens/towels, complimentary basic toiletries, in-unit washer/dryer, keyless entry, iron/ironing board, a high chair upon request, baby gate at the bottom of the stairs, beach chairs and an umbrella.
