No hotel necessary! Cozy Corner Charm Unit A provides essentials for your stay while giving you the privacy of a vacation rental home. Located minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Arizona State University, Mill Avenue, Tempe Town Lake, and Old Town Scottsdale. The backyard beats a balcony with a BBQ, Corn Hole, chaise lounges, and patio table.

Throughout the home you will find artwork and accents from local thrift shops that capture the spirit of Arizona. The living room has ample seating including a chair and reading lamp by the front window. Absolutely perfect for getting lost in your favorite book. If TV is how you pass your downtime, there is a Smart TV for streaming Apps and digital antenna for local channels. The fully stocked kitchen has all you need to make meals at home, although there are too many good restaurants to pass up a taste of something new. Ask us if you need some recommendations!

The next door neighbor has a rooster which may disturb some light sleepers.

This property was very clean and close to ASU for our son’s move-in. Our complaint was the check-in process. First, they send you a link to verify drivers license and credit cards. I was leery to snap a pic of my credit card information. After verification, we still didn’t receive check-in instructions. I spent the entire morning and afternoon of check-in day trying to communicate with the host. We had to resend drivers license. Replies from the host were not prompt. We ended up contacting VRBO and they were not able to contact the host either. Finally, about an hour before check in, we got the info for checking in…we thought maybe we had been scammed. If the check in process was easier, we would have given 5 stars.

Great Place Near ASU

We came for ASU graduation and needed a place nearby. This property exceeded my expectations. It is a super cute property with great amenities. Close to shopping and eateries. It was clean and modern with Southwest decor. I loved it!

Property was exactly what I was looking for. Great location & very clean. The host was very quick to respond to all our needs. Definitely recommend to anyone staying downtown in Tempe!

Arizona vacation

Nice little house in a convenient location. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We should have been provided information on the thermostat. It was programmed to get cooler at night and the beds did not have heavy blankets so we woke up freezing. The exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms did not work and the toilet seat was either loose or broken. The shade in one bedroom had pieces missing and when cars drove by at night the lights illuminated the room.Part of a shade was also missing on the patio door.I wasn’t impressed with needing to remove all bedding and gather towels and start a load. The laundry was in a storage shed outside. We had an early flight and were doing all that in the dark.

The house was in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. It was clean and true to listing. It suited us perfectly. The location was great. We were 15 minutes or less to Sky Harbor airport, Mesa Amphitheater and good places to eat. Would stay there again.

Nice house in a good location

House had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and it was conveniently located for the things we wanted to do in the Scottsdale/Phoenix/Tempe area. We had a minor maintenance issue and they promptly responded and made the repairs on a Sunday morning.

Tempe North Home

This home was just what we were looking for. It's a cozy two bedroom home with a fenced in back yard. The location was great, in the middle of Old Town Scottsdale and Downtown Tempe. It was also close to the airport, and activities like hiking, the Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Garden.

Super nice and clean

Super nice property and in a perfect place, the only reason why I don’t give 5 stars on all is because the bbq grill was dirty and full of grease inside and i was concerned on the inside catching on fire so we weren’t able to use it.

Visiting family for Thanksgiving

The location was great, close to family living in Tempe. House up-to-date. Convenient to all activities; washer and dryer came in handy. We highly recommend this home.

Simplicity

Felt like a home, without all the weird quirks. These places can get out of hand with the artistic expression of the owner. This place was just right. One thing - get hangers. There should be at least 10 in each room, given the limited clothing storage.

2 day stay

The property was nice and well maintained. A good place to stay for a couple of days with our dogs. Especially enjoyed the back yard with the cornhole game.
