Experience the heart of Santa Fe with the historic downtown at you doorstep. This prime downtown location is surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and art galleries and is one block from the historic Plaza, half a block from the convention center and a short walk to Canyon Road.

This spacious 520 square foot unit is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown commercial building with a large bank of windows overlooking Marcy Street. Parking is in a covered commercial garage 150 yards away.
Max Occupancy: Two (2) persons as per City of Santa Fe Ordinance.

NO PARTIES allowed. Quiet hours 11PM to 7AM.

NO BICYCLES allowed within the unit or the indoor common areas of the building.

$100 fee for any lost keys.

$200 fee for lost parking garage access card.

Excellent Stay

The property is really in an ideal location and walkable to just about everything. It was well designed and comfortable too. We really appreciated how clean and well-cared for it was as well. Paul was great with communication.

Awesome Place

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is a well thought out space for one person or a couple. They thought of ALL the details to make you comfortable, including two great workspaces. Plus, the location is unbeatable for exploring on foot.

Santa Fe Gem Stay!

Accommodations were first class! We appreciated the amenities and southwest decor! We amazed by the central location and enjoyed being in the heart of the city ! Also host gave great local recommendations and we will return again.

Perfect size for a few days I’m Santa Fe. Walking to the square Ms around the downtown area was easy and relaxing. The property manager was extremely timely and detailed in his communications. We will definitely stay at this property again!

This is a beautiful, perfectly sized place for a couple. It was right in the heart of the Indian Market with stellar restaurants and galleries nearby. The room was spacious with dedicated areas for lounging, dining, office, and bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Fav City Getaway

This will be our third stay in Santa Fe. First time at this property, and we absolutely loved it. We would recommend this to any couple for a trip to Santa Fe. Super easy to get around and near everything. Thank you for a great stay we had a great time. Super trendy and cute decor!

Fantastic property, great communication

This is a really great place. Comfortable, fun decor with a little "old school" taste mixed with beautiful new upgrades. Paul was fantastic, he communicated all details about the property, check-in, check-out, wanted to make sure we knew we could reach out if needed. He also gave me some great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The location is prime, right on the "Plaza" within walking distance from restaurants, museums, shops, etc. You're provided with a pass for parking in a local garage which was also fantastic, street parking in that area is crazy. Perfect getaway for my husband and I. Thank you so much!

Chique Convenience

While we have stayed in Santa Fe before, the location of Paul’s place is impeccable. All of the main attractions are within walking distance. The food recommendations were fabulous. The condo itself is clean, well cared for, and stylish. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone who wants to explore Santa Fe by foot.

A+ for this vrbo

Great location and 5+ for walkability to the Plaza, restaurants, shops, churches & Canyon Road to visit all the art galleries. Nice comfortable space. Happy to have a garage space just a couple blocks away since parking is so tight. Printer was a plus for work. Highly recommend this vrbo and will book when we are back in Santa Fe. Owner is very friendly, responds back quickly and takes care of any items. Highly recommend!

I was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Hawaii in my early teens. I returned to California for college. I visited my new college friend from Santa Fe one summer break and fell instantly in love with the city and moved here in 1989. My wife, Laurie, and I raised our family here. Both my wife and I are in the real estate business.

We love food and culture which is plentiful in Santa Fe. Our favorite travel destination is Europe and especially Italy (food again) where my family roots are. I love to cook having learned from my Italian nona.

We are very casual people and love to share our "city different". We are available to give you suggestions and tips for your stay.

You can grab coffee or kombucha and listen to music down the hall at Remix Audio bar. Downstairs you can lunch at Tres Colores Mexican or savor locally made La Lecheria ice cream. Across the street is award-winning La Boca Spanish food restaurant or if you crave Italian head next door to Il Piatto or Osteria d'Asssi. These are just a FEW of the MANY restaurants in the area.

If you don want to walk and are without a car Uber/Lyft or the Santa Fe City Transit bus are also options. During the warm months there is also a moped service downtown.
