Welcome to beautiful South Mission Beach! Perfect for a couples get away or family trip. Enjoy all the comforts of home by the beach. Just a short walking distance from Belmont Park, restaurants, bars and boardwalk. This ground floor unit has a beach cottage feel with stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen and bathrooms. Free parking space for the unit which is steps from the sand. Laundry, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and umbrella are provided. Beautiful sunsets from the courtyard!

Everything about the property was excellent The condo itself was well supplied with towels, toiletries, beach toys, and anything else that adults or your grandchildren would want. We stayed 4 days at this beach house and loved it. The place was super clean, check in and check was a breeze, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was steps away from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants/food market. There is also a lovely outdoor coffee cafe nearby which became part of our morning routine. The cottage was on a quiet block and it was especially quiet and peaceful at night, which made it easy to relax. There were also many amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

The property was beautiful and really nicely decorated. Everything was clean. We were 20 steps from the beach and so close to great restaurants. Beds were so comfy. It was a really great stay!!

Wonderful stay, and beautiful location!

Had a great stay! The property is steps from the beach, and close to everything we wanted to see in San Diego. The check in and out process was easy and our hosts were always available if needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect location!

Girls trip for 4! Super cute, clean, and comfortable cottage nestled in perfect walking distance to the beach, shops, eateries and Belmont Park. The beds were so comfortable, we had the best nights sleep in years! Shampoo, conditioner & bodywash provided. I would stay here again!

Perfect in every way

My Sister, my Niece, my best friend thoroughly enjoyed this perfect place by the beach. Walking distance to the beach and much more. Very comfortable and I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect. Thanks to the wonderful host.

Wonderful property

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. It was about a 30 second walk to the beach.It was nice to sit on the patio and listen to the waves roll in. It was also convenient to get around other parts of San Diego. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, helpful/responsive owners

We enjoyed the condo for our family of 3. My son loved going to the beach, boardwalk and nearby park.The owners were incredibly helpful with a problem with a neighbor’s partying til midnight and got it handled. We couldn’t fit our van in the assigned parking space but found suitable free overnight parking at the Bonita cove south parking lot.We would stay here again.

Clean and cozy. Very short walk to the beach and about 10 minute walk from shops near Belmont Park. Good communication with host. Would rent again.

Wonderful Getaway!

We loved our stay at the cottage! The decorations in each room enhanced the beach vibe. Erin is a kind and gracious host - we were greeted with a snack basket and a personalized sign. The location is awesome, too! We hope to come back someday!

Cozy cottage living

We loved our stay in Mission Beach in the cute cottage with the red door. Close proximity to path and beach made it so fun to walk for coffee and dinner. The kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms are great! It’s perfect for a couple or a family of 4!

Steps from the sand, perfect location, updated interior, covered parking. We set up the beach cottage exactly as we would want it if we were vacationing by the beach. We have sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella. Books and games available as well. Air conditioning for the warmest days of summer!
