The Riverhouse Retreat

The Riverhouse Retreat,

FIRST FLOOR

*King bedroom - spacious room with large walk-in closet.

Large closet is home to an iron, steamer, pack n play (with fresh mattress sheet and blanket), two high chairs, and so much more. Attached Jack n Jill bathroom with step in shower, robes and pocket door for privacy from bathroom.



* Twin bed with access to Jack n Jill bathroom with step in shower and Pocket door for privacy from bathroom.



*Foyer, reading nook with tons of books and a comfy recliner, game nook with games, a table and chairs and a Pac Man game with several games, living room with fire place (electric heat), dining room, large kitchen with coffee station, eat in counter, laundry room and second full bathroom with step in shower.



* Access our privacy screened lanai and inground pool from the kitchen/dining room area. In our screened lanai you will also have access to our fit pit lounging area, outdoor eating space, grill and garage access. The garage houses the bikes and many other pool supplies and all our beach supplies.



SECOND FLOOR:

* Bunk room - bunk bed with twin top and full on the bottom. A second full size bed. Spacious closet with robes and dresser.



* Large Master bedroom with King bed, bay window, and walk in closet. Walk in closet with robes, pack n play (with sheets and blanket).



*Dedicated office space with gaming system, adjustable height desk, printer, comfy office/gaming chairs and loveseat with pullout bed.



*Large, shared bathroom with tub shower, double vanity sinks, and 2nd laundry room



*Long drive way parking - 4 car off street parking



* All bedrooms and living room are equipped with smart TV`s. The downstairs is cooled/heated by 4 mini splits. They operate individually so you can regulate the temps in each area. Upstairs is cooled/heated by central ac/heating system.

The entire property with the very large historic home with 5 beds/3 full baths, the screened deck with pool, the front porch and front yard, spacious side driveway easy to park 4 cars, a portion of garage for the bikes and beach equipment.

Ours is a historic close knit neighborhood. We are committed to insuring that our neighbors and guests alike are looked after. Please respect noise ordinance by observing quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

Please do not disturb neighbors.



Bike & walk in downtown. To beach access MCAT public transportation, car rental, uber, Freebie and the Gulf Coast Ferry-all accessible from our downtown location.



Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offer trip insurance for each reservation which can be purchased at the time of reservation.



We have security cameras only in the front of the house facing the front door and garage. They will be on during your stay.
