Vardagsrummet har en ny queen size-soffa med HD-TV och DVD. I sovrummet finns en king size-sÀng med HD-TV och DVD. Balkongen ligger utanför sovrummet pÄ den lugna havet framsidan av villan dÀr du kan sitta och njuta av havets sevÀrdheter och ljud. Till skillnad frÄn de flesta enheter har denna villa centrala AC och vi Àr pÄ gÄngavstÄnd upp till stranden till Coligny Plaza shopping och restauranger.

Great trip!

This condo was perfect for our vaca! The condo was clean, right on the beach, and Michael’s great communication made for an almost perfect trip. We would definitely stay here again! The only negative was there was some excessively loud music at night, yelling, and odors coming from neighboring renters. We were there the week of July 4th so it was crowded and there was a little more late night partying going on around us than we are accustomed to. But the condo and Michael were great!

Mike had everything you need for a stay at his place
we stayed for 2 weeks and couldn’t aske for a better place or location
.mike helped me get my laptop setup with spectrum TV
.had the rep talk me thru it and all was good,as I was working remote
view was fabulous
check in easy
.wish the weather was better, but that was not mikes fault
lol
..TV’s are a little out dated,but that was not an issue
great place will do its in if available.

Was exactly as described. Had all convinces as home. Only complaint, was not provided with enough toilet paper for a week stay, had to go out and buy more.

This is at least the 4th time my husband and I have stayed here. Always a great time. Accommodations are great for the 2 of us! View is awesome. Place is well stocked! Will definitely be back!

Great Sunrise Hilton Head

Mike was very pleasant to deal with, small unit but comfortable big bed. Perfect for sleeping as you hear the waves crash and waking up to a sunrise.

Fantastic

I've been staying at SSV for over 25 years now, and the location can't be beat. This particular condo is very well maintained, clean, and had lots of little extras other units have not offered. Communication with the owner was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and can't wait until I am able to return.

Very nice

We have stayed at Sea Side Villas several times in the past at another condo on the oceanfront. This one was available at the time we wanted to visit. Nicely appointed and comfortable, with great beach views and accessibility. If the previous condos are not available again for our next trip, will definitely book this one again.

The owner was one of the best I have ever dealt with in my years of coming to HH. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner. His renovated unit was perfect and check-in was a breeze. The sound of the ocean waves capped off each night in a beautiful sunny week!
