Seabright Cabin är en fullt uppdaterad 1913 historisk stuga i Seabright-området i Santa Cruz. Vi hyr ut till mogna vuxna över 25 år. Hemmet kan vara osäkert för småbarn och små barn på grund av loftet. Inga husdjur.

Helt renoverad från topp till botten. Gå till stranden, hamnen, restauranger, kaféer och strandpromenaden. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, plus ett loft med två madrasser perfekt för barn över 7 år. Öppen, lättfylld planlösning skapar ett inbjudande utrymme som känns mycket större. Funktioner inkluderar höghastighets trådlöst internet, utomhusdusch med varmt vatten, gas-BBQ och stapling tvättmaskin. Isolerad för komfort och tysthet. Takfläktar och dubbelhängda träfönster cirkulerar sommarbris, och en gasspis håller saker och ting varm på vinterdagarna. Uppfart med upptäckt parkering för en bil. Alla sängkläder, badredskap, matlagning och serveringstillbehör, brädspel, DVD-bibliotek ingår. Plattskärms-TV med kabel, blu-ray och Roku för strömning av Netflix, HBO GO och annat innehåll.

Veranda med antika stolar får morgonsol, perfekt för att njuta av ditt kaffe eller hämta upp via e-post. Den bakre uteplatsen har ett matbord med paraplyplatser 4. Fruktträd ger skugga och färsk frukt för sommargäster.

Seabright Beach ligger en 6 minuters promenad och Santa Cruz yacht Harbor är en 5-10 minuters promenad. Boardwalk Amusement Park är en enkel promenad (15 min och sparar den höga parkeringsavgiften), men geografiskt åtskild från vårt grannskap med floden San Lorenzo så att du inte får folkmassan och trafiken. Lagerkomplex tvärs över gatan har det populära Verve-kaffebryggaren för din morgonlatte och ett klättringsgym med yoga och andra klasser tillgängliga för besökare. Bra restauranger och kaféer ligger på intilliggande kvarter. Hemmet är centralt beläget så du brukar vara mindre än 10 minuter från nästan allt du vill göra i Santa Cruz.

Our favorite place to stay

This is our second time staying at this property. We booked our vacation around when the place was available. The property feels like home and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Communication with owner is fantastic. Home is located in a perfect spot for walking to both the harbor or boardwalk. Verve coffee is right across the street with also many places to eat within walking distance if you choose to do so. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect Home Base

Location, location!

Cute place with super easy access to Verve for tasty coffee and yummy pastries or restaurants of Seabright. Easy walk to Seabrught beach, the Gulch and the Harbor. Kitchen is well equipped. Also, a nice backyard yard to relax in the evening. Highly recommend for couples!

Cozy Getaway

I booked this cute cabin last minute as a little weekend getaway for myself. It was a nice place to retreat for a few days and close enough to walk to various points of interest. Highly recommend for solos, pairs, and small families.

Near the ocean and cozy

Nicely renovated small house was fine for my husband and I for a few nights. We made most of our meals. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the little gas stove warmed the entire house and was so cheery. We walked to the beach and admired the houses in the area.

Perfect locatiom

This beautiful little home is located just a short walk from yummy restaurants and the beach! We were also directly across the street from a great coffee shop. We loved the cozy space and we enjoyed walking down to the ocean and the lighthouse. We would definitely stay here again. Awesome hosts!!

Love being in Santa Cruz

The location is great, it is close to the beach and harbor and other places that are fun. It is not a tourist location and I like that. Next to Verve Coffee roasting which makes a nice morning. Close to many local restaurants. Had everything we needed. Would return if we stay in Santa Cruz again.

Stay at the Seabright Cabin

Awesome place right near everything in Santa Cruz. Cool little beach cabin perfect for a couple to stay in. Comfortable bed, good kitchen, we even used the barbecue. Highly recommend

Santa Cruz Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this 1 bedroom house in Seabright Santa Cruz. We loved the coffee shop (Verve) across the street and went each morning. This location was so close to everything we did. We also were close to the beach and enjoyed walks there. Katrina was great and we had a very smooth check in process.

Beach stay

What a quaint place that had everything we needed! We walked to beach and to coffee/breakfast. It was clean and wasn’t lacking . Communication was great and checkin/out was easy. I would love to bring my family back.

Very Comfortable and Charming

We stayed for a long weekend in October. Booking and check in were easy and very responsive. The cottage is just right for 2 people, the kitchen was very easy to cook in and well stocked. Ample storage for clothes in the bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. I was surprised how quiet the neighborhood was overnight. The bathroom sink area is tight if you’re a person who uses a lot of gadgets. The shower was good sized and water pressure was good. The surrounding neighborhood was fun to walk around and see all the different types of houses. The walk to Seabright beach was quick and easy. We received a discount on coffee and pastries from Verve Coffee across the street. We’d stay here again.
