Kom och kolla in vår nyligen ombyggda 2 sovrum / 2 badrum Villa som rymmer upp till 6 personer. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och eget badrum tillsammans med sin egen HD-TV och underhållningssystem. Gäst Sovrummet har en dubbelsäng säng tillsammans med våningssängar (inklusive en full storlek botten säng), och en HD-TV. Det bekväma vardagsrummet är möblerat med gott om sittplatser och även en HD-plattskärm med 5. 1 Dolby surround-ljudsystem och barområde. Gourmet köket är laddat med allt du behöver för matlagning och underhållande! Ägarna älskar att underhålla så att du aldrig behöver extra glasögon eller köksredskap. Villaen har också ett garage konvertering vi kallar "MAN CAVE" med egen HD-TV och elektrisk eldstad perfekt för avkoppling, titta på sport eller filmer och njut av den roliga atmosfären med garageporten öppen eller stängd. Uteplatsen har uteservering och en grill redo för dig att njuta av en måltid utomhus. Verkligen en underbar plats för out of towners eller Floridians söker en "staycation".

Villa ligger i ett gated community precis vid Siesta Key Beach strax norr om Stickney Point Bridge. Grunderna har en uppvärmd pool, klubbhus, privat strand och strandstolar. Vår villa erbjuder också strandstolar, en svalare, simning leksaker, blåton radio och en strandvagn för att dra allt till sanden! Detta är en utmärkt plats att koppla av och tillbringa tid med familjen!

Villaen är tillgänglig för en 4-nätters minsta vistelse. Bokningar på 7 nätter eller mer berättigade till $ 150 städavgift avstod! Priser varierar under året. Alla gäster måste vara 25 år eller åtföljas av en vuxen eller förmyndare.

Beach stay

We loved this villa for our family! It was so close to the beach, very easy walk for our five and four year old! The house had everything we needed including a beach wagon and sand toys for the kids. We were pleased and hope to go back someday!

The owners of this property thought of everything. It was recently remodeled and very nicely decorated. Great location and was about a 1/2 block to the beach. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!!

Villa 7 has everything you need at Crescent Arms

We loved this Villa! It was so close to the beach, quiet area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, equipped with all beach towels, chairs, umbrella. We will definitely be back!😊

Everything you need and more...

We really enjoyed the property. For a winter getaway, being outside was key! We loved the patio (furniture is beautiful), ease of walking to the beach, and beautiful property. I hope to rebook for next January!

By far the nicest place that we have stayed during our visits to Siesta Key. A short walk to the beach and to the pool. The owners have thought of everything. We felt like we were in our own kitchen. We will definitely be booking again.

Loved the house and especially the location. Great setup for our kids who are local can come by and hang out or spend the night. Grill needs heavy maintenance so while there is one, well it needs reconstruction.

Amazing home away from home

Villa #7 was amazing! By far the nicest on the Key, came equipped with all the necessary amenities. Nothing but your clothes & swimsuits are needed. The man cave is an awesome additional space to hang out. Will definitely be back!

Amazing vacation

This is our second time staying at this Villa , we had everything available for us to use. It was very clean and quiet, close to restaurants and stores and easy access to Crescent beach which was absolutely beautiful. The Manager was very easy to get a hold of and great communication. I brought my two grandsons and they loved going to the beach every day. We will definitely rent again for next year’s vacation.

Villa 7 Crescent Arms

Our stay at Villa 7 was amazing! This is our 3rd year in a row coming to Siesta Key, and this was by far our favorite house we have stayed at. The location, amenities, communication, cleanliness, I could go on and on. All top notch!! We are already talking about our return trip for next year. Thanks for providing such great memories for our family!!

Great stay , will definitely stay again

This is a beautiful property and they have everything you need, my only suggestion would be directions on the operation of the remotes in living room, example surround sound etc, could not figure it out and would have loved to check it out. The garage was great for the kids and the furnishings were beautiful. Thank you

It is the perfect place

My husband, mother, 3 kids, and myself stayed in Villa 7. The Villa is as perfect as pictured. Very clean and roomy. My entire family loves it there. It is a short walk to the pool and to the beach. Kat is very helpful with keeping you updated and responds quickly. We look forward to spending many more vacations here. I would highly recommend choosing this Villa. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Well appointed Villa steps from beach

Great Villa with more than enough amenities and all clean and well maintained. Ayla excellent communicator at the business end of arrangements. Siesta Key proximity to Sarasota a plus and oyster bar within walking distance a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend but somewhat sheepishly since we would like to return.

Best Villa

We have stayed in a few of the villas at Crescent Arms, and this has been the best, by far. From the location (closest to the beach), to the amenities (cart, chairs, ice maker, man cave)— we had the best trip! We had four kids in the spare bedroom and they had plenty of space. The unit is beautifully remodeled, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The owner was very quick to respond to messages; we will definitely be back!

We love Siesta Key

We loved the size and location of property. Villa is very nice and remodeled too, but it wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived and all the beach chairs were broken. I still recommend this property for the families, but make sure you contact the owner or the manager prior to your visit, to make sure everything is taken care off before your arrival.

Great location

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful, clean and had all the extras we needed. The man cave was so cool, loved all the humorous signs! We were across street from grocery, Captain Curts and a shirt walk to a breakfast place. Caught the trolley just across street and on to the village we went! Short walk to the beautiful beach, and other family members were in the high rise...so all close together! A wonderful family/retirement vacation. We will definitely stay here her3 again.

Amazing!

Villa #7 was amazing! It was immaculate, just a few steps to the beach and was stocked with things you didn’t even know you needed. If you have kids, you will not need any beach toys, there was more than enough. The man cave is great and air conditioned. This is the best vacation rental we have ever had. We booked for next year before we left.

Great Villa #7

I spent a week in this villa and we loved it. Well equipped, comfortable, clean, spacious. The shower outside was perfect because it kept all the sand outside the house. The villa had everything that we needed for the week, like the beach chairs, tent and the cart which helped us take all the heavy stuff. The kids loved the man cave that they made in the garage. We are looking forward to renting it again!

Best Condo on siesta key villa 7 at CrescentArms

The only reason we gave this condo a 5 is there is not a 6..Villa 7 at crescent arms is by far and away the best. We have been go siesta key for years and stayed in many different condos but villa 7 is in a league of it's own. Ayla, the property manager was absolutely Great to deal with. She checked in with us to see how things were after the storm. Yhis villa has it all. All you need is yourself and time. We will definitely always rent from Ayla and villa 7 at Crescent Arms Siesta Key...

AMAZING VILLA!!

From the moment we stepped in this beautiful villa, we felt like we were home. Spacious, very CLEAN was our first thought. Both bathrooms are perfect for a family. Fully stocked with towels, etc. The kitchen was also FULLY stocked with anything and everything you will need. The man cave was an added bonus along with a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and bikes. Parking was never an issue with two vehicles. The master bed was heavenly and so comfortable, my husband wanted to take it home! Everything about this villa was beyond perfect. Highly recommend and we will be returning in the future.

Awesome location and great amenities!!!

You will have all that you need and more in this unit!!! So comfortable and cozy and clean!!! Just like home away from home! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a simple or a gourmet meal!!! Man cave is awesome and back patio is great for grilling out with friends and neighbors! Pack up the wagon with chairs and cooler and towels and head to the beach -just a few feet until your feet are in the beautiful white sand! There is even an ice machine in the man cave to fill your cooler so you don't have to buy ice bags or use all of your ice from the kitchen! They thought of everything here!!! Amy is a great property manager and answers any question or request you have!!! You will love your stay here and you will have a great vacation!!!! Don’t Plan On Grilling

One of the chief reasons we selected this villa was access to a private patio with an outdoor BBQ grill. It was extremely important to be able to cook meals without having to use a community grill during the Covid pandemic. However, the grill was basically useless because the 3 burner tubes which supply the gas flame were 90% plugged. It barely generated any heat despite all burners on high. I notified the property manager (Jennifer) and she offered no help. Said she’d have to contact the owner to see what he wanted to do about it. Then said he’d be unavailable for a week and we should just use the community grill. I sent a few pictures of the terrible condition of the “guts” of the heating components and she said she’d pass them along to the owner. Later that evening I received a lengthy text from Tom (owner) who basically blew off my complaints about the nonfunctional grill. He was very condescending and told me the grill was a “complimentary “ item and we should use the community grill. Despite several texts with pictures, he did nothing. He said if his “asset” wasn’t good enough for me we should leave the premises and receive a refund. We weren’t interested in leaving after only a couple days into our two week rental and only wanted him to make the grill functional for the bulk of our stay. After a couple more follow up texts to him he threatened us with eviction if he received anymore. We ended up leaving 3 days early. We’ve used VRBO for about 20 years traveling coast to coast and this is the worst treatment we’ve ever received by an owner when requesting help to fix a problem. We can’t wait for his reply which will most definitely be a completely different story. Our truthful review is a warning to potential renters if they ever find the need to approach the property mgr and owner about something that needs attention during your stay, prepare to be belittled, threatened with eviction and bullied.
