Om du vill eller fråga om två nätter på söndag till torsdag kommer ONLINE-räknemaskinen bara att beräkna för 1-sida. Om du behöver båda sidor (11-20 gäster) skicka förfrågan ändå och jag kommer att redigera förfrågan med rätt pris. Var noga med att berätta rätt antal gäster!

ALLA sommarhelger är alltid TORSDAG kl. 17.00 till Söndag kl. 12.00 och du måste reservera Båda sidor av duplexen. VECKNIGHT hyra börjar alltid söndag (om det finns) kl 17 är minst två nätter. Du kan hyra ENDAST EN SIDA om du vill på VECKNIGHTER.

Alla sommarveckosatser är baserade på fester på 20 eller färre som använder båda sidor av duplexen. Du kan hyra ENSIDA av duplexen (om tillgänglig) för grupper om 10 eller lägre till en reducerad hastighet. Ange din information och "begär att boka" så skickar jag e-postmeddelanden med lägre / korrekta priser. Även om du hyr båda sidor på helger, minskar jag den tredje och minskar mer den fjärde natten. Det dumma taktenätet tillåter INTE mig att konfigurera detta online och särskilt för endast 1-sida eller båda sidor !!!

VECKNIGHTER är minst två nätter och börjar generellt på söndag kl 17 om söndag är tillgänglig.

Den populära rörrännan ligger cirka 400 meter längs floden från duplexen. Du måste hyra båda sidor av duplexet för att reservera en sommarhelg (maj, juni, juli och augusti).

Denna del av GUADALUPE RIVER är den främsta slangen i floden. Nya Braunfels dumma ölbegränsningslagar GÄLLER INTE någonstans på detta område i Guadalupe.

Om onlinekalendern indikerar reserverad bokas Båda sidor. Under sommaren måste du boka båda sidor på alla helger.

Det finns rör, flotte och andra hyresutrustning inom gångavstånd från antingen duplex. Även om de flesta av våra gäster flyter och / eller rör Guadalupe, är Schlitterbahn i närheten i New Braunfels och Fiesta Texas är en kort bilresa till San Antonio samt Natural Bridge Caverns, Wild Animal Park och den "smutsiga jobben" berömda New Braunfels Snake Bruka.

Tanger Outlet Mall ligger 30 minuter bort i San Marcos. Det finns Gruene Hall precis längs vägen i Gruene, Texas samt de månatliga Gruene Market Days och Wimberly, Texas.

Boendet för HELE duplexen är som följer:
Två fullt utrustade kök, 2 sovrum med 1 queen size-säng vardera, 2 sovrum med 1 queen size-säng och 1 drottning bäddsoffa / soffa vardera, 2 lofts har 1 queen size-säng och 1 queen futon vardera, 2 greatrooms har 1 queen bäddsoffa / soffa och 1 drottning futon vardera och 2 mycket trevliga badrum. Dessutom finns det 2 utomhusduschar. Den ena är innesluten och har varmt och kallt rinnande vatten medan den andra är helt öppet med kallt vatten skölj.

Excellent location

This was our yearly vacation with family & friends, with a group of 20. The two duplex houses were exactly what we were looking for. With the drought right now, there is no grass at all on the property so don't let the pictures fool you. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

This is our 2nd time staying here and the Place is neat and in good location. We did have to clean spider webs from the inside and outside of the house this time. Fire pit was rotted out and outside light bulb was out. Other than that the stay was great.

Prime Location with plenty of space for 20!

The property was as advertised. It was very spacious and clean. 20 people can easily be accommodated and having 2 kitchens was a major bonus since we cooked all of our meals on site! Access to the river was easy. Yard was shaded to allow for a retreat from the sun. The cliff side view was beautiful and we even got to watch a heard of mountain goats descend the cliff one morning. Plenty of space for yard games, grilling, relaxing. The large porch was wonderful; lots of time was spent relaxing under the fans while enjoying the view & good company. We walked across the street to the bar two nights in a row for some good music and dancing. Would highly recommend this property to others!

Great Location

Be forewarned that the pictures of the house do not accurately reflect the property. There is literally zero grass. It is all dirt and rocks. It rained pretty hard one morning and we were left with a mud pit for the remainder of our stay. However, this house was perfectly located on a section of the river that is easy to float to. We dropped in the water at Rocky Beach and it was about a 6 hour float to the house.

Great property!

Had a great time at this property! Both sides were really spacious and had everything you could possible need. Bunch of chairs to enjoy the view of the river and watch the kids from front porch. The lake is only 20 mins away to go fishing cause there’s nothing in that side of the river lol. Overall great experience and really hope to be back soon!

Great space for large family

We used both sides of the condo giving us more space and great opportunity to “host” dinner on one side and “ host “ breakfast on the other side. Bedrooms and sleeping was excellent and location on river couldn’t be better. Parking for vehicles was also more than adequate

Great location, great place and space for everyone. We had 13 people 6 adults 7 children and plenty of room for everyone. You have WiFi and all kitchen utensils to make meals. Michael was very nice and answered promptly to my calls and texts. We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

We rented both duplexes for three nights The house was clean, and surprisingly very spacious. We had 20 family members fly in from all around the world and we were not crowded. Unfortunately it rained 95% of the time and couldn’t get much time in the water or roast s’mores, also, wood is not supplied. we did get one good day where we were able to float the river but with such a large crowd it was expensive to rent a tube and get picked up, ($20/person) if possible, bring your own tube and make arrangements for pick up and drop off. There is a bar/ live music right next door, that was closed the entire time because of the rain which was also a bummer. There is a store down the road where everything is priced heavily but helps if you don’t want to make a run to town. The carport underneath the house is where we spent most of our time due to the rain. We made plenty of memories playing cornhole and other games. We parked three cars underneath and still had plenty of space to hang out and mingle. With no rain, you can easily park 6 vehicles. Overall it was a great experience. The owner allowed us to check in early and responded in a timely manner.

Great property

We rented both sides over Mother’s Day weekend for 17 total people (8 adults and 9 children). The check-in process was easy, and the property owner was quick to answer all questions. The property is situated on some small rapids that is walkable when the river is low, and the Chute is a short walk downstream. The adults and the kids had a blast, and we look forward to staying there again!

The owners have been tubing the Guadalupe River for 45 years and wanted to build a place that they would want to stay in. The GuadPlex was built in 2011
