Hemmet är idealiskt beläget på kort gångavstånd från restauranger, barer och bra shopping i Mission och Pacific Beach. Detta privata 3-våningshus ligger i det roliga och unika samhället vid stranden vid Mission Beach och är den perfekta platsen för din nästa lyxiga tillflyktsort. Du kan inte slå platsen! Förutom stränderna är hemmet bara en 5 minuters bilresa till Seaworld, en 10 minuters bilresa till La Jolla / Torrey Pines och en 15 minuters bilresa till centrum av Gaslamp och Convention Center.

Detta 3bd / 3ba hus kommer att sova 8-10 personer bekvämt. Bottenvåningen har ett sovrum med en stor king size-säng, privat badrum och kan stängas av från resten av hemmet om det behövs. Den andra våningen har kök, matsal och vardagsrum samt det andra sovrummet. Den har en stor säng i Kalifornien och en våningssäng med en tvillingmadrass på botten med en tvilling på toppen. Den tredje och översta våningen har ett större sovrum med en dubbelsäng och ett underbart badrum med jacuzzi. Det finns en futon soffa som också kan veckas ut i en säng. Rummet på 3: e nivån har också en egen kaffebryggare, minikylskåp och minibar så att du aldrig behöver komma ner från lugnet på taket med havsutsikt.

Great place for our family

Location was perfect, and there was enough room for all of us (parents & 4 grown kids) to spread out and relax. The upstairs patio was especially delightful. Hope to come return.

No need to use car

We had everything we needed or wanted within walking distance. We appreciated the bikes and beach gear, including beach towels! We loved the location, The bathrooms on each level, and the kindness of the hosts. We are planning to return next year.

We truly enjoyed the property! Housed our family nicely, adorable neighborhood, and within a few houses of the Beach, the Bay and many restaurants. I would recommend this Mission Beach property for all ages!

Great location and property with everything you need

Loved this property right on the border of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach! Quiet block but steps from the beach, bars and restaurants. We had 7 adults and plenty of room to spread out. Loved the outdoor area on the top floor.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Enjoyed the bedrooms being on separate levels for privacy, the balcony and large upper deck with ocean views were so lovely. Great spot for morning coffee. This location was close enough for driving to tourist destinations, and an easy walk to the boardwalk for ocean and people watching. The homeowner provided a list of their favorite nearby restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed this home.

October weekend getaway

The location is excellent. The property was well-stocked with everything needed. Arrival and check-in was very easy. An excellent property overall. Owner did not respond through VRBO messaging but once provided personal cell was provided they responded.

Excellent location and wonderfully stocked

The house is decently spacious and in a perfect location. The beach is literally a two minute walk from the patio. There are two huge patios and one smaller deck. The kitchen was stocked well and we had all that we needed. The washer and dryer were a huge plus for us since we had our three young kiddos. Everything was wonderful and I hope to stay here again!

Everything we needed right where we wanted to be!

This is a fun, well-used home in the midst of the mission/pacific beach areas. Had three generations of family with us and all were kept occupied and happy. Plenty of room for 2 compact vehicles in garage and plenty of room for the family on the three levels. We used both decks and the patio extensively. Quiet area at night.We like to leave some criticisms to be fair — here we’d just say that the 3rd floor pillows on the queen bed were woefully inadequate!! Not much more to complain about than that!!This was a get-away trip for a grandpa with terminal cancer who happens to be writing this review. This home provided a wonderful base for our adventures in the area and has created many fond memories. Thanks!

We were first-time VRBO users. for this trip. Owners were very helpful with all of our questions and very responsive to our needs. Great property in an excellent location. We could easily walk everywhere in PB! Overall. a great experience and fun trip!

Great Beach House

We stayed in this home with our family! Great location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house has everything you need and 2 sets of washer and dryers! (BONUS) The 2 bikes were great and every beach toy and chair are there for you to use. Nice and clean and comfortable. Would definintley stay here again!

Beach Fun!

Fantastic! 2 car garage was very convenient, since the few public parking spots near the beach are taken early. Very roomy and comfortable home, where our whole family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children enjoyed each other’s company on the 2nd floor living room and kitchen. Location is awesome, 2 minute walk to the beach, with loads of restaurants and coffee houses within walking distance. Also, having full baths in all 3 bedrooms, makes it very convenient. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

amazing !!!!!

This house was the perfect place for myself, my parents & in laws for my wedding weekend! Three good sized rooms was perfect for three couples. One bed room has two bunk beds for additional guests. Location is hands down the best on PB. Close to so many great restaurants and bars. Out door seating on all three porches with ocean views on two of them. Check in and our process was exceptional. Would love to come back here again!

Absolutely Perfect

This property was above and beyond what I was expecting as well as what I paid. The property was fully accommodated with everything that allowed me to feel as if I was on vacation as well as feeling at home at the same time. Quick and easy access to the beach as well as various popular attractions in SD such as Pacific Beach made this location ideal. I can only hope this place will be available again next time I visit the SD area.

A house for many ages and the perfect location

The house was perfect. The set up made for intimacy when people gathered. Visitors were in the same welcoming space as the inhabitants, it was so cozy. The multiple floors gave all generations privacy and our group ranged from 89 years to 2 years. The central location made it a gathering point for all our family in the area. The restaurants, grocery stores, and boardwalk were close at hand. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend this home to all my friends.

spring break with grown children

We've visited San Diego several times for spring break, and never in a more convenient location. The house is steps to the beach, an easy walk to the grocery store and close to a little tourist shopping and tourist-centered businesses. With all that, it was still quiet at night, and we could sleep with the windows open to hear the ocean. A heavy rain led to some water leaking in, but the owners responded right away to our email about that and a few maintenance issues, and they offered to address things right away or right after we left. The unit was very clean except for some mustiness on the ground floor which is maybe more about all the winter rains and not actual cleaning.

SO close to the beach

Great location. It was so fabulous being that close to the beach. The rooftop deck was so lovely for sitting and reading and watching the sunset. The house is set up a bit oddly. Clearly it used to be 3 units. The upstairs bedroom is separated from the bathroom by a curtain, which is weird, but totally fine once you got used to it. There were lots of linens and enough kitchen items to feel very comfortable. Nice touches. You can walk to all sorts of things from the house. There were two bikes to use as well as a lock, but the tire was flat on one, so that was a bummer. The garage is really tight and was very hard to get two cars in there. It was doable, but the city is working on something (sewer lines? gas lines?) and the above ground lines made getting in and out of the garage more of a challenge. Overall a great house.

Thanksgiving weekend

We had a family wedding and decided to stay in San Diego for Thanksgiving weekend. The house is just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and bars. The house met our needs. The living area is great as is the upstairs deck with a view of the ocean.
