Awesome Pool Home 1/4 mile till Disney Spårvagn på Magic Way

Besök vår vackra pool hem perfekt inrättat för 3+ familjer. Vårt hem är designad och uppgraderad med granit köksdiskar, kaklade badrum och trägolv överallt.

Våra fem sovrum, tre badrum hem erbjuder två vackra master ensuites: en med en Cal King Bed och en med en queen size-säng. De återstående sovrummen består av ytterligare ett sovrum med queen size-säng och två barnrum, både med fulla våningssängar. Drottningen och två barnrum delar en hall badrum. Varje sovrum har en egen 43 "TV.

Vackert kök med granit bänkskivor och rostfria vitvaror: spis / ugn, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Öppet koncept matsal och vardagsrum. Matsal plats 10 med extra sittplatser i köket. Ligger precis utanför vardagsrummet finns en hål med en drottning bäddsoffa och TV. Fullständig tvättmaskin och torktumlare placerad inuti enheten.

Spelrummet, som finns i garaget, har Ping Pong, 3-1 bord (Air Hockey, Biljard, Bordtennis). Barnvagnar, barnstol, pack n 'play och booster seat tillgängliga för dina barn och småbarn användning. Queen size luftmadrass finns i hemmet för extra sängar.

Hi-Speed Wireless Internet ingår. Koppla av i vår helt nya glittrande pool med jacuzzi på bakgården. Njut av vår utomhus sittplatser, naturgas BBQ Grill. Alla möbler, inredning mm är nya från och med maj 2013. Trevlig kort promenad till Disneyland, och du kan titta på Disneyland fyrverkerier från gården. Hemmet har Central Air & Heat.

Everything was perfect until we heard an animal scratching in the attic. Property maintenance responded to my call in the middle of the night, but they couldn’t do anything until the next morning. They did mention that they had come out to set traps, but unfortunately, we still experienced animal clawing the night before we checked out. Out of the three nights we stayed, we had animal clawing for two nights. The children didn’t get any good sleep, and we ended up heading to the park much later than planned because we were all up all night.

Great Space

Traveled with friends and family - appreciated the space in the bedrooms for personal time however large comfortable couch and dining area allowed everyone to come together.

Great for a big family

There were 8 of us on this trip. The house was clean, spacious and just as described. The pool and hot tub were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Disney stay with family

Wonderful space for multi family get together. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close to Disney, but a bit of a longer walk.

Absolutely perfect and charming

All nine of us loved this property. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed as were the bathrooms. There were games to play if we wanted. Televisions in each room. A very easy walk to Disneyland! Will totally return.

Great house for large group!

This house accommodated our group of 9 with space to spare. The house was very well stocked and had all of the necessary things and also extras. I appreciated the extra linens and towels and all of the pots and pans in the kitchen to make cooking for our group easy. We didn’t walk to the park but it was a very easy and cheap Lyft. The pool was always ready and the hot tub was clean and hot! Our family had a great time and will be back if we are in the area!

Perfect stay for a trip to Disney

Tons of space. Quick easy walk to Disney. Huge dining table, huge cozy couch, pool, hot tub and game room were great! Very clean and comfortable. Having strollers and high hairs on property were a great bonus. Only complaint would be that you can’t use the hot tub past 10pm. After a long day at Disney, it would have been really nice to utilize The hot tub to ease achey backs and legs. It’s very disappointing that you can’t go in your own backyard quietly. (This seems to be a property management rule). It’s really unfortunate that adults can’t be trusted to be outside in their own yard!

Business Trip Stay

The property was fine, the price was fine, but dealing with the 3rd party management company was less than desirable because of their policies about renting within 2 weeks or less of the stay. This was a business trip, and we don't always have the luxury of scheduling a trip too far in advance. The additional requirements regarding proof-of-payment (after payment was already received) was very questionable.

Family Disneyland trip

Property was as advertised and was easy walking distance to Disneyland. Property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Some of the cabinetry was a bit worn down and handles were missing on some drawers in bedrooms, but everything was very clean and functional to our needs. Only negative on the stay was that there was some sort of animal living in the roof and at night you could hear it moving around which woke myself or my husband up. Property manager was made aware and said they would contact pest control. Really a minor thing and they responded appropriately so overall a great stay! I would stay here again or recommend to a friend!

Needs work

Location was great. Carpets were crazy dirty. Cabinets and appliances in kitchen need updated. Cooking pans need replaced. Dishwasher very hard to start, needs repaired or replaced. Pool finish is very sharp and cut out kids feet causing to bleed. Master bed was comfy but rest of beds were not.

Disneyland trip

Best features - location and pool! Home is located about a 15 minute walk from Disneyland Hotel, Downtown Disney and Disneyland Tram. The house has many options for beds and infant beds. We had 6 adults and a 13 month old. We didn’t utilize all the rooms, as we were more interested in location. I was not a fan of the shag carpet in one of the rooms. Most of the house is bare flooring or tile. The house could use some updates - the counter in one bathroom has a significant crack behind the sink and several kitchen floor tiles are cracked and loose.

Our VRBO Disneyland Stay!

We had a marvelous time in this VRBO! The home was clean, rooms were spacious, the kitchen was a center of activity, the living room was well appointed, but the pool was the biggest hit especially for the kids! They were in the pool daily! It was so clean as well as the hot tub! The home had everything we needed for our short stay. The home was a close walk to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Thank you for the special time in this place!

Great for Disney

So close to the parks! We rode the bus one day (route 11 or 9 depending on the time) but honestly it was just easier to walk and go through downtown Disney, lots to see! Plenty of space if you have a big crew. We didn’t use the pool, too busy at the parks. Thank you for a great stay!

Disneyland Adventure

This house was perfect for our week at Disneyland. It took about 8 minutes to walk to the tram but do to excessive heat we rented a car. The pool and hot tub were great for a mid day break. Enjoyed the fireworks from the back yard. House accomodations suited our group well. Only negatives were the freezer leaking water on the floor, only half the toaster worked, the back gate wouldn't latch and a rat liked to run along the top of the fence.

Perfect for large family Disneyland trip!

We had a great time at this property! We were a group of 11 with 5 kids (2 families + grandparents) and it was perfect for our Disneyland trip. The kitchen was well stocked (I'm always impressed when they even have kids' dishes), the kitchen table was big enough to hold everyone, the room layouts were perfect for multiple families, plenty of bathrooms, and it was a bonus that they provided multiple high chairs and strollers! It was a nice neighborhood and a fairly simple walk to the parking garage where we could then catch the tram to Disneyland. We even watched the fireworks from the front yard! We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked lovely. Overall it was exactly what we needed and would gladly stay there again!

Great spot for a Disney stay!

The house was terrific and everything we expected! It was good to be able to take a break with the kids and have them swim and relax too. The walk is a little far to the front gates (25-30 minutes), but you can see the fireworks directly on the front lawn which is really nice!
