Perfekt för tre familjer. Vacker 5 sovrum 3. 5 badrum hem med två Cal-King master sovrum med ensuites, ett drottning sovrum och två w / Full över Full Bunker för alla barn delar hall hall. Hemmet har uppgraderat matta i alla sovrum med kakel och laminatgolv i de gemensamma utrymmena.

Delvis öppet koncept kök med anpassade panelskåp, uppgraderad maskinvara, bänkskivor i granit, med rostfria vitvaror: spis / ugn, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp och diskmaskin. Matsalen sitter tio bekvämt med extra sittplatser på kökets granitbalk. Halv bad och Full-size tvättmaskin och torktumlare ligger precis utanför vardagsrummet.

Spelrummet ligger i garaget, har Stiga bordtennisbord och ett tre kombinationsbord med pool, air hockey och bordtennis. Det finns barnvagnar, barnstol, pack-n-play och boosterstolar för dina spädbarn och småbarn. Queen size luftmadrass finns i hemmet för extra sängar.

Koppla av från din långa dag i hemmet tropiska rock pool med vattenfall och jacuzzi (Salt Water Pool). Det finns gott om sittplatser utomhus med inbyggd naturgasgrill.

The location was fantastic, a 13 min walk to Disney and downtown restaurants! Really clean and fully stocked with kitchen items! We have recommended this property to friends traveling in December and will definitely go back!

Beautiful home and neighborhood. The location is convenient to go everywhere within Long Beach, fountain valley and garden malls ( the busiest Vietnamese community areas in CA. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Home

We really enjoyed our stay. Very close proximity to Disney, just wish we would have stayed longer. Will look into returning in the near future to take better advantage of the outdoor space and spacious kitchen.

Disney Christmas vacation

The house was perfect for our family. The pool and game room were a big hit! The location is within walking distance to Disney, again perfect! The property management team was very responsive both before and during our stay!

Great house and great location!

The house was wonderful and the location was great -just a small drive to Disney! The pool was wonderful for the kids and the garage games were great too. The house was clean. Overall we were very pleased and would book there again.

Great locale...wonderful place

This was a wonderful house! The pool area was amazing. Garage rec room was nice. We had such a great time! You can almost walk to Disney, but feel like you are in a world away! Recommend for sure!!!

Excellent Disney vacation

The house is exactly like it looked in the pictures and is well equipped for families of any age. Our kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, wii console and game room. The nice open living room and Kitchen are great for larger groups. Awesome location within walking distance of Disney parks.

Great home for a Disney trip!

Cute home qith all the amenities youll need! They had all the basics provided like towels, shampoos, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and so much more. Which may not seem like much but weve stayed in homes without. So we loved it. Great home and within walking distance to Disney!

Walking Distance to Disney!

Overall we were very happy with our stay. It was a 15-20 minute walk to Disney which was perfect for us! The only downside was the mattresses need to be replaced so most of us didn't sleep as well as we could have. But the pool and hot tub were amazing and we would stay here again!

The absolute best about this house was the pool. The house is outdated and had so many rules to follow. Location was good, you could walk to Disneyland in about 30 minutes.

Family trip to Disneyland

My family had a great time staying here. We consisted of 3 married couples, one adult child, and two grandchildren ages 3 and 1. The house fit us all comfortably. We appreciated all the baby equipment at the house (high chair, pack and play, strollers, etc). The pool and hot tub were a highlight for us - we swam a lot, even though it was January! We did have one issue with not having hot water one morning but with a simple text to the host, the problem was fixed within a few hours. Quick response and great communication. That issue could happen at home to anyone at anytime. The walk to Disneyland isn’t too bad. The sidewalks aren’t congested on Disneyland Drive like they are walking on Harbor Blvd. Great experience- would definitely stay there again!

Security concern. Safety issues. Good location. Plenty of space. Restrictive rules.

Very musty smell. Especially game room which also smelled of cigarette smoke. Several repair and maintenance issues. The back gate has NO SECURITY! Anyone can walk into the back yard at any time. AT. ANY. TIME. There is a pool in the backyard. Scary. There is plenty of room which is why I chose the home but the musty smell, security and safety concerns and restrictive rules made it not a relaxing experience.

Tropical Paradise!

We LOVE this house! Beautiful inside and out, immaculately kept, weekly maintained landscape and Pool. I cannot over emphasize how lovely the yard, pool and hot tub were! The Backyard is a Tropical Paradise! We LOVED the Hot tub and Pool! Every evening we NEEDED that hot tub after walking around the Disney Parks. Heaven! Next to Disneyland, close to grocery stores, close to freeway exit and in a safe, quiet, Nice neighborhood we could not have asked for a better location! The house supplied us with everything we needed right down to laundry soap, dryer sheets, shampoo and conditioner. We stopped at Costco when we got into town to pick up groceries for breakfasts every morning and a couple dinners for the days we stayed at the house all day. There is also a Ralph's Grocery store even closer to the home. We wanted to enjoy the local restaurants in the parks for dinner and lunch. One night we were just too tired to walk the 1/2 mile home so we hailed a taxi from the Grand California Hotel next to Downtown Disney. It was only $10 to take a small group of us with baby and stroller back to the house, and that included a $4 tip! LaDonna and Poasa were amazing to work with. She answered every question and promptly addressed every concern. We needed a couple things and they were there immediately to take care of us. We had 12 adult sized people plus 1 baby. I Wouldn't recommend any more people than that for this house unless they are small children. A home away from home, The mattresses were luxurious and comfortable! This was a totally positive family vacation experience. I did not want to leave. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent value.

Issues with threats

Great location to the park, 15 min walk. House was comfortable for 13 people. Clean. Issues- please read other reviews- it has happened to more than just us! There is a very strict 10 pm to 9 am noise ordinance. We were not a noisy group and were respectful to our neighbors. The local property manager was threatening us with eviction because we tried to turn the hot tub on 30 min prior to the 9 AM noise ordinance so that it was hot when we jumped in at 9 am. We were not loud and did not have any issues with the neighbors. When we asked if we could get the hot tub working so we could use it, he immediately texted me back threatening saying we broke the rule. I then replied back, "understood, could we get the hot tub working for the following day?" and he again replied in a threatening tone and threatening eviction. He did not turn on the hot tub for day three and then we called him. Again, short and threatening us again with eviction, claiming that we were the "topic of conversation with the owner" telling us we needed to call her, which we could not as she was on the east coast and outside of the available hours. If we had a different experience in communication with the local property manager, it would have been a great place to stay. We did not break the noise ordinance, a few of us did go out side in the morning before 9 am to have a cup of coffee and eat our breakfast. So bring your own TP and don't go outside to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and the beautiful pool and sunshine.

PERFECT space for our group of 6 while in town for a medical conference and Disney! The jacuzzi was our saving grace after park days, and the kids enjoyed the pool so much! Within walking distance to Disney, but we chose to drive as we have younger kids and they would not survive a park day AND a decent walk home. Communication with the landlord was top notch! If we're in town again, we'd definitely rent this home or others from Anaheim Vacation Rentals. Thank you LaDonna and AVR team!

The house was a good size for a large family, i appreciated the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms; however, the house could definitely use some TLC. There was lots of wear and tear includong a broken toilet seat, broken towel bars, no rugs/runners anywhere which lead to a lot of slipping from pool water. The city ordinances are insanely ridiculous which made it harder to enjoy the stay completely.

Great location…a nice walk to the parks and quiet neighborhood! Absolutely loves this home. Our ONLY complaint was the bed in the guest bedroom was a little noisy and uncomfortable but the other beds were great and the furniture nice. Lovely back yard and everything you need!Don’t bring coffee filters for a while…there are lots there currently!
