Storslagen takvåning (4: e våningen) i en byggnad med få enheter, utan hiss, helt renoverad och med ny stilmöbler, den har en vacker terrass med utsikt över de venetianska taken, från vilken du kan beundra klocktornet i S. Marco, där du kan bekvämt äta eller sola.
Lägenheten består av: en rymlig ingång som leder direkt till köket och terrassen men också till det stora vardagsrummet med satellit-TV och DVD och matsal som har ett rektangulärt bord för sex personer.
De två sovrummen är båda dubbelrum (en dubbelsäng den andra med två enkelsängar som kan förenas) och är utrustade med stora garderober och från fönstren kan du beundra den venetianska kanalen där gondoler passerar dagligen
Det finns två badrum, ett med dusch, toalett, bidé, det andra med endast toaletten.

Amazing stay in Canneregio

Great property for our stay in Canneregio Venice. Great communication with Attilia and Orial the property contacts. This is a four story walk up which was fine for us but may be more difficult for some, especially with lots of luggage. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend the property. The views were wonderful, especially from the bedroom.

Property met our needs. I give it four stars only because you have to climb five flights of steps to get to the top unit. Hard to do with luggage.

Great space and location

We had a great stay here. Perfect location as we caught the boat from the airport and it took us 10 minutes to walk from the water taxi stop. It took us 15 minutes to walk to St Mark’s Square from the apartment with lots of shops and restaurants on the way. We had everything we needed provided in the apartment and there are a few grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is located in a quiet area and well maintained, with the added bonus of a roof terrace. Our check in was excellent with the apartment manager, who gave us good advice on places to visit and places to eat during our stay. We were able to leave our luggage at the location for our last day, which was unexpected and very welcome. Highly recommended apartment.

Perfect stay...again!

My husband and I stayed at this property for the second time in a year, because we loved it so much the first time. Once again, we found this apartment to be perfectly located, clean, spacious and it had all the amenities we could ask for. This place is an amazing value in Venice, and I would highly recommend it!

Nicely located apartment

The apartment is nicely located - close to Strada Nuovo and the Rialto Bridge, but a bit off the beaten path so it is quiet. Host was very supportive during our stay and went the extra mile on several occasions.

Great location in spacious apartment

Very nice apartment in lovely and quiet area with lots of nice restaurants and bars around. The place was very clean. The kitchen is small and would need some renovation! But we had a nice stay and can recommend the place. Communication with the owner and his assistant was perfect.

Amazing location and views in Venice

The apartment had beautiful views of the canal, and was in a great location so that Venice was easily walkable from it. Attilia was super helpful with communicating with us and giving great directions on how to get to the apartment. The apartment was a great size for us and had everything we needed to have a great trip to Venice.

Perfect apartment in a great location

Perfect apartment for that Venice experience

Penthouse with a View

A wonderful 2-brm 4th Floor apartment. We enjoyed the great views across the rooftops and of the canal below. We visited in July and it was very hot. The single heat pump/air conditioning unit could not keep up and it was very hot in the bedrooms.

3- Days in Venice

Great Apartment and location. The apartment Manager Attilia was at the waterbus drop off location and helped us to the apartment. He was very helpful with questions during the stay. Peaceful and quiet rooftop in Venice-even in July!!!

Lovely apartment. There are definitely a lot of stairs but it is well worth the climb- and it was wonderful to have a location that is far from the maddening crowds but still easy to get around the city. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the rooftops and we would highly recommend this apartment!

Beautiful Top Floor Apartment

The place is beautiful and the owner can post better looking pictures of the apartment because the ones on VRBO do not do justice to the apartment. The location is less than 5 minutes walking from the most wonderful place to dine and shop and no more than 15 minutes walking from the Grand Canal Rialto bridge. There is also a grocery store around the corner (2 minutes walk) from the apartment. Perfect place for a Venice vacation.

Wonderful property with a balcony right on a canal. Clean and spacious with everything you need especially in the kitchen. A/C, nice bathroom with lots of supplies, great location, not too touristy but walk 10 minutes and there will be shops galore. Just be aware it is a 4th floor W/U. No prob for us, though. It’s a gem.

Walkable to most Venice main attractions - San Marco. Our family (of three) really enjoyed the balcony/apartment’s windows with canal views. Washer and A/C were certainly helpful for our stay during Oct. Kitchen got most items we needed for some light cooking from our visit to local market near Rialto Bridge - oil, herb, vinegar, sugar, salt…, and even some pasta. Restaurants were also short walk from the apt. Near vaporetto stations. Just little improvement need on a new set towers would make the apartment a perfect place for one to experience Venetian life. Thank you Orial for provided us all info regarding vaporetto stops / directions and Alilaguna water bus to the airport.

Just what we were looking for

For us, the location could hardly be better. The water taxi dropped us off 50ft from the front door. A fruit stand is 1 minute away. A small supermarket is 1 1/2 minutes away. Our street was very quiet. The apartment was very nicely equipped, had comfortable beds, and was tastefully decorated. Orial, the manager, lives in the apartment below so is right there if you need him. When we took the water bus back to the airport, it was less than a 5 minute walk to the dock. The major tourist attractions were not too long a walk, but the crowds make you want to get back to this quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfectly positioned property

Staying at this property was a wonderful experience! It served as an excellent home base for our visit to Venice. It is perfectly located, right by all the hotspots of the city. Since Venice is mainly a pedestrian city, this is a very important detail, and the property rises to the challenge. It was clean and well-kept, it had everything we needed. The property manager met us when we got there on our boat taxi, and he walked us to the property and helped my mother in law by carrying her suitcase up the stairs. He was accessible and had helpful information about a wide range of topics. Accessing the internet was never a problem. The views (from several different windows) were great, we could see the city and its canals. We enjoyed the air conditioning and balcony, and the beds were comfortable. We loved staying here and we highly recommend this property!

Best location and experience!

My husband and I stayed here July 21-24 and we had the most amazing experience in Venice. Even though the apartment is on the 5th floor, it didn't bother us at all. The place was clean, comfortable and the wifi worked great. We loved the place so much we plan to stay here again next year. It is in a prime location just a couple blocks away from the bustle of the city, yet it felt secluded and quiet. We made many coffees using the nespresso machine! The coop grocery is just around the corner. We used the washing machine and hung out our stuff to dry on the beautiful terrace that also has a view of St. Mark's Basilica. The host was wonderful and answered our questions quickly and easily. We were able to store our luggage in the building for a few hours on the day we left which was also very helpful. Stay here, you won't be sorry!
