We loved staying here and we're so impressed with the amenities the apartment had after staying in a few other rental properties in Italy. We were very comfortable the whole time and had everything we needed. The location was very centralized.

Great Spot

Beautiful apartment

Only there for 2 nights between cruises. The apartment was well furnished and hostess provided coffee. Thankfully they dropped us a pin to find it and met us at the door. Listing mentioned stairs and you do have to be in good shape to navigate the stairs with luggage

Lovely place in a great location

A great place to have a base to roam the many narrow streets, finding shops, restaurants and historic places. Very clean and easy communication with the host.

Great location

The apartment was close to the ferry and convenient to all the places we were going to in Venice. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made it a great space for our family of five. Also, the ability to use the washing machine was a nice perk for our long trip.

Property was quite nice. We got lost finding it but had no difficulties afterwards. The stairs are steep so just be aware. We liked the location being close to the Rialto market and bridge. There were nice amenities at the apartment.

This apartment was clean and spacious. It was located in the perfect place. And it was steps from the L’Accademie Gallery. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with owner was excellent.

Great Stay in Great Location

This property was exactly as described online - very nicely updated, and quite comfortable for 4 adults. It was a short walk from the Rialto Mercato dock, and convenient to all we wanted to do during our stay. Host Ernst was helpful in every way - from greeting us upon arrival, to quickly answering questions during our stay. We strongly recommend this property to others!

Amazing apartment and great location!

This place was great for a family of 5! All kiddos were able to get their own bed in a comfortable apartment with all the amenities. The beds were comfortable, having two bathrooms is a plus & it was furnished very well. The apartment is up on the third floor but it’s nice not having anyone above you and is in a very peaceful area that is only steps away from the Rialto Market & Bridge. Additionally, San Polo was packed with great restaurants & shops! We will definitely stay again! Thank you 😊

Little hard to find with intermittent cell service available making it hard to communicate with easy keys. Nadia was lovely once we found her. Apt is clean and roomy with everything you need.

A family vacation to remember

A great place for the 5 of us. Super clean and neat with everything you could need. A fully furnished kitchen with soap and coffee for us to use. Close to everything and in a quite street. Check in was easy and informative. The water taxi dropped us off just a few steps from the front door to start our Venice adventure.

Great quiet Venice stay

This is hands down the best vacation rental I have stayed in while visiting a busy tourist spot. It was quiet and secluded but close to everything. The guy who checked us in was gracious and informative. The only downside was the stairs. But Venice is all stairs so no getting around that. The place was super clean and very comfortable for the 5 adults in our party. Would definitely rent this place again.

We had a great time. Fairly difficult to find, but everything in Venice is difficult to find the first time. Four seniors were able to get to everything we were looking for in a mater of minutes. Water taxi pick up location was five minutes away. Clean, everything you need, coffee, tea

Perfect Venice Apt

The 3BD/2BA apt was the perfect apt for our first visit to Venice. Very, very clean, well appointed and appreciated the extra toiletries. Centrally located. 3min walk to waterbus stop and 4min walk to Rialto bridge. Check-in with Helin was seamless. One note. Apt is on the 3rd floor and last flight of stairs are steep. We were fine but might be something to consider for others. Highly recommend.

Perfetto!

We loved our stay here! The flat was super clean, stocked with necessities and offered very comfortable beds. The location was fantastic – close to the ferry and easy to find - also with easy access to absolutely everything in Venice by foot or ferry. We stayed a week and still weren’t ready to leave. The Rialto Bridge was less than 5 minutes and all the delicious dining and sights of San Polo were right outside the door. The pictures and description are spot on – a delightful flat with room to plan for the next day while enjoying a bottle of wine around the table at night, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a washing machine. The stairs were typical for Venice and not a problem (we are 4 people celebrating 60th birthdays) and being on the top floor offered lovely rooftop views, an overlook of a canal and quiet nights for sleeping. Communication with the owner and key manager was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Too many stairs for luggage and over 60 ages

No living area to sit with friends and family. Water took very long to get hot. Location was good but steps were narrow and dangerous when trying to navigate luggage.

3 days in Venice

Super clean, well equipped, convenient apartment. Walking distance to all great sights and restaurants. Right off the Grand canal. Good communication with the property owners / manager. The only slight downside is carrying your luggage up 3 flights. And we had a little trouble locating it. We didnt care. Great stay.

Dirty, a bandaid was on the window in the bathroom, no warm water on first full day we were there. Maintenance guy I was chatting with via WhatsApp explained the water heater was shared with the other apartments. Location was fine.

Great apartment, not a very warm welcome

The communication from the key agent was less than friendly prior to our arrival. Check in was between 2-8 but we were told we had to be there by 2.45 or we would not gain access! We did not understand that there was more than one Rialto stop and our transportation took us to one on the other side of the canal. We messaged and eventually met the agent who showed us the way to the apartment. There are serious steps up to the apartment and he half hearted offered help ( not his job to but would have been nice). Inside he went through everything. We were a bit confused as it is billed as a 3 bed but there were only 2 bedrooms! We had 2teens of the opposite gender so sharing a double bed was not an option! I queried where the 3rd bedroom was and was met with a hostile response. I was accused of not answering messages snd told you have to request the third room beforehand! I booked a 3 bed apartment!!! I received no messages so I was rather put out! I was then given some sheets for the sofa and told I could make up the bed myself! The third room they bill as the lounge but you wouldn’t use it as one it’s tiny. This room has no aircon so you need to leave the door open at night or it gets very hot. We made the best of it but the attitude of the agent was rude and abrupt which tainted our arrival. We contacted him the next day by message to explain that the kettle was faulty. His response was not to arrange a replacement but told us to put a pan on the gas! In order to make tea we had to hold the kettle on and not move. Not a buggy but in the back of the day before and his rudeness it rankled! We loved Venice, the apartment is in a fantastic spot. It appears part refurbished and what has been done is lovely. The bathrooms and kitchen are a bit dated but very functional. The fridge, dishwasher and washing machine were all excellent. There was a good selection of crockery and glasses etc. The aircon was brilliant. Please just be a bit friendly. Visitors to a place like Venice which is a unique place to navigate need to be cut a bit of slack! If you advertise a 3 bed it should be a 3 bed. We should not need to request the 3rd bed to be made up.
