What a wonderful apartment! Elisabetta met us upon arrival and went over everything in the apartment. A perfect location within walking distance to everything. Loved that the apartment was above a yummy cafe! Supermarket right down the street. Everything is walkable!

Great Location, apartment and host

There are always two questions we ask about a stay: 1) would we refer this to someone else and 2) would we stay here again? The answer to both is a resounding YES. The host is terrific, the welcome basket of goodies and even a variety of international plugs were provided. 2nd floor with a lift. Can’t say enough nice things about our stay and this apartment. The bed was also comfy!

Wonderful apartment!

I highly recommend this place- it is totally updated, clean, well-appointed, and the host is super responsive. The location is excellent- close to all of the cathedrals and museums with a nice restaurant next to the building entry. If I get to Florence again I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Convenient and Quiet

We had a lovely stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the flat. It was within walking distance of everything including the railway station. Our VRBO host was helpful and readily available.

Great apartment in center of Florence

We had a wonderful 5 day stay in Florence. The apartment is very centrally located, with most major attractions within a short walking distance. The apartment is spacious and can easily accommodate four people (two will need to sleep in the pullout in the living room). The kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed our breakfast 'in-house'. Elisabetta is a wonderful host. She replied to all our inquiries almost instantly and generously agreed to let us check out later than the standard checkout time. I would absolutely recommend this apartment, and if I am to return to Florence, I will absolutely consider coming back to this place if available.

Immaculate home

We had an excellent stay in Florence and we were so sad when it came time to leave. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is in the perfect location to explore all of Florence and surrounding areas. The street has a coffee shop below, a small market and an ever larger one just one block away. So many restaurants and right in the middle of all the sites. The space was so clean and all areas looked to be brand new. We thought we might have been the first to ever stay in this home - but her guestbook proves otherwise. The host was so sweet and easy to communicate with. It made our five nights there just perfect. Only issue was the clothes dryer didn’t work - we ended up using the clothesline as nothing would dry. Future guests shouldn’t plan on washing and drying lots of laundry like we did. Without hesitation I would book the exact same place for my next Florence visit.

Fabulous Stay

This apartment is amazing ! Vwas ery spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculate. Communication with Elisabetta was quick and accurate. Location is an easy walk to sites but away from loud traffic noise. As a single woman, I felt safe walking around the neighborhood.

Perfect location, top notch apartment.

The home feels newly renovated and decorated. Very clean and we loved that the immediate neighborhood felt less busy and touristy but we still could easily walk to attractions and the main train station downtown. Would absolutely stay here again. Recommend highly.

Great apartment and location

This apartment is lovely. It has everything you need including a wonderful goodie basket. The location is fantastic. There is a great cafe downstairs and stores and restaurants very close by. All sites to see are within walking distance. Elisabetta is so sweet and answered all of my questions quickly. She met us to check-in and thoroughly went over everything we needed to know. It is obvious that she really cares about this property and the comfort of the people who rent it. I would stay here again as well as highly recommend it to others.

Elegant Quarters

This was a lovely and elegantly appointed apartment with a spacious bedroom that was set up for visitors. Our hostess thought of any and all things we might need and had them available for us - including a bountiful welcome tray of wine, snacks, and even some pasta! Everything was immaculate. The location was perfect - easy walking distance to all areas of interest. Also, she had what might be the best visitor manual ever with instructions for the appliances that were easy to understand. While this might not be at the top of everyone's list, if you ever experienced the frustration of trying to figure out why the washer or the oven is not working properly, you would be grateful to have this. Definitely at the top of our list of places that stand out as top choices of homes away from home.

Beautiful space Gracious Host!

I can not say enough about this beautiful property! It is exactly as pictured, so spacious, clean, excellent location and Elisabetta is the most gracious host she has literally thought of everything. You are welcomed by her and a beautiful snack/wine basket she goes over the apartment and has a picture book that labels everything she has gone over, when using an Italian washer/dryer you will appreciate it and the clothes line! Loved having the cafe downstairs and several of the restaurants I booked were around the corner. It was so relaxing to come home to this space in the evening! Would absolutely recommend and 100 percent stay again!! Host is above and beyond! Grazie Mille for sharing your place with us!

The Best We've Ever Had

Having stayed in many vacation apartments around the world, we must say Elisabetta’s was the best we’ve ever had. Not only was it beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, it was equipped with everything we needed for our 5 week stay. With an abundance of things that really made us feel like we were in our own home. The living area was spacious and very well furnished. The kitchen had all the appliances a good kitchen should have; with also an abundance of cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The bedroom was an excellent size with a very comfortable bed and generous storage options. The bathroom was well-appointed with a great shower with excellent water pressure. The apartment is also fitted with three very efficient air conditioners and these were such a valuable inclusion as August in Florence this year was particularly hot. Also the WiFi signal was strong and consistently reliable. The location of the apartment couldn’t be better. Being in such a central part of the city, it’s an easy walk to all the major attractions – with the train station also only 15 minutes away by foot. Elisabetta and her family were outstanding hosts. They were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help make our time in Florence such an amazing experience. The welcome pack was such a thoughtful start to our stay, filled with essentials to start us off plus some unexpected treats as well. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Florence, this is it.

Perfect apartment in Florence

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Florence! It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed and then some! Elisabetta is a very gracious host and made sure we had everything we needed! The location is so close to everything, yet very quiet. Peaceful oasis in a vibrant city

Fabulous Apt. Close to everything

Elizabetta is a wonderful host. She responded to every request within minutes. The apartment is gorgeous, clean and spacious. The location is perfect. It's on a very quiet street and it's a 5 minute walk to every place you want to visit in the center of Florence. This was our 2nd time staying in this great apartment The bedroom is awesome and the bed is comfortable. There are lovely linens and plenty of towels. Lots of hot water in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need and there's a washer/dryer combo machine. The dining room and living room are extremely comfortable with great tall windows facing a pedestrian street. We love this place ❀

Wonderful Florence apartment

Beautifully appointed and updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. There is a lively restaurant area just steps away. Location is optimal- between The Duomo and Santa Croce. Locals coffee shop by the entrance to the building. The only negative may be the lack of a view. But it is really the perfect place to spend a week or more in Florence.

We're seniors and appreciated the elevator and the quiet while "at home". Location was fantastic for walking absolutely everywhere! Felt we were in the center of Italian life! Apartment was perfect for our one month stay.
