The Space:
Though you’ll be just minutes from Disney and the parks, the gated Solana Resort community has everything you’d need for an unforgettable vacation! It has a big clubhouse with a huge pool right next to it, surrounded by chairs to sunbathe on, plus a whirlpool for relaxing. You can also find shade in cabanas or grab a drink at the poolside bar. And guess what? There's a picnic and barbecue area near the pool, so you won't have to go far for yummy food and drinks.

If you're feeling energetic, there’s a complete fitness center, sand volleyball courts, and a place to play soccer. There are fun arcade games and a playground for kids, with a climbing ribbon for the older ones. And don't miss the awesome 18-hole mini golf course – it's perfect for practicing your golf skills before hitting the big courses nearby.

Getting Around:
The home inside the Solana Resort Community is about 30 miles/48 km from Orlando International Airport (MCO). The driveway has parking space for 5 vehicles.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- All guests (18+) are required to register. Resort pass-sharing is not allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $400 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- Guests must climb stairs inside the home.
- Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for the availability of the community’s amenities. Any closures or maintenance issues fall under the resort's management.

The pool can be heated for an extra charge of $35/day. It must be requested at least 3 days before your arrival and stay heated for the full duration of your stay.

BBQ rental is available for an extra charge (3-burner $85/week & 4-burner $105/week) and must be requested a week before arrival. *The oil pan must be placed under the grill. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the patio floor is dirty/stained.

Florida law does not allow open food to be kept, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in.

Your health and safety are our top priorities. We take this seriously. The home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every stay, following all CDC and WHO guidelines. We use hospital-grade cleaning products and pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops. Our linens and towels are washed and dried on high heat to kill bacteria or viruses. You can rest easy knowing that our home is a clean and safe environment for you and your loved ones.

Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property using an electronic door code. Access codes will be provided before arrival.
