This property was absolutely amazing and exceeded every expectation we had for our intimate wedding. Every corner of the property was picture-perfect—from the lush surroundings to the elegant interiors. It created the ideal backdrop for our celebration and helped us make memories that we’ll treasure for a lifetime. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how special and serene everything felt. We’re so grateful to have found this gem. It wasn’t just a venue—it was a part of our story. If you’re looking for a place that’s beautiful, intimate, and unforgettable, this is it.

We come to Boerne often to visit family and have stayed in a lot of different VRBO properties. This one will have us returning to stay again. Why? Because it’s been newly remodeled and is ideally located next to the river/walking trail, near some great restaurants, and the price is right!! Not to mention you’re just off Main Street and can walk there from the property too. We loved the cleanliness and newness of the property and thought the owner did a great job with the decor. The retro fridge and microwave were a nice touch! There are a total of 4 rooms in the propeety that share an upstairs kitchen area but we never heard or saw any of the other guests. The room was very quiet! Played corn hole out back (wife won!) and enjoyed the peaceful nature of the backyard. The property owners were very responsive, even arranging for extra K-Cups during our stay. Digital locks make the check-in process easy and the entry way room scent was a welcoming touch. My wife was glad to learn that there was a hairdryer in the room but ladies, bring your own shampoo! The 3 in 1 shampoo, conditioner, body wash bottle is simply not gonna inspire your hair. Other than that, book with confidence and enjoy!!

The property was more than we expected in our host. Richard was very attentive professional and a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend this to anyone that wants to get away for a long weekend peaceful stay. The wildlife and fish were amazing and the ranch is beautiful.

The apartment was amazing and very comfortable. The owners were very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect to all of the activities the area has. We loved being out in the country but still close to town. We will absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend!!

This property was very clean, very nice, and the host had some of the best VRBO communication I have experienced. The arcade room, hot tub, basketball area, and beautiful oak trees are perfect. This is an exceptional property. The only negative I can state is that the private residence is in very close proximity to the rental (approximately 50 feet).While a nice privacy fence seperates the private residence from the rental it is worth noting that the pictures and the description fail make would be renters aware of this. We would rent this property again and had a wonderful time here.

The little barn was conveniently located for us to enjoy Boerne and surrounding area. A short drive into San Antonio for river walk. It was clean and neat. Was equipped with everything we needed.
