My husband and I stayed for a week, and enjoyed it very much. The condo is equipped with everything, there is nothing you would miss - starting from the umbrella in the rare case of rain, to the adapter you forgot at home. I worked from the condo, and brought an extra screen, and although the apartment was not advertised for it, I could make it work. The host is super responsive and helpful. The airconditioning in the bedroom is great, we slept well. The kitchen and living room can get pretty warm, but this is Europe in the summer! It is in the description, but understand this has a steep staircase and is not appropriate for anyone who has trouble walking, or walking upstairs. Can definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here in this well appointed apartment with a stunning view. It is the perfect place to enjoy a respite from a busy travel schedule. The islands were within view, and a beautiful park is next-door. Chantal was lovely to deal with, and arranged for a taxi for us from the train station and for Guiliano to greet us and introduce us to the apartment. Would highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a weekend to see the islands. A couple of words of caution. 1. The bedroom overlooks the parking area which lots of mosquitos. Avoid opening the bedroom window near dusk. There are no screens on the windows. 2. Ask the owner to demonstrate the hot water for the shower. It is different than other places I have stayed. There is plenty of hot water if used correctly.

The villa is absolutely spectacular and lives up to the beautiful photos. The view of the lake from every room is truly stunning. We spent a lot of time on the terrace - the perfect place to watch the sunrise with a coffee and the sunset with a glass of wine. We found plenty of things to do - hiking and train ride through Italy and Switzerland, day trip to Milan, Borromean islands tour (a must). Valentino (the host) went above beyond - providing many recommendations and assisting with reservations. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance which we enjoyed and many others in the surrounding area. The beautiful view does mean that there are stairs to navigate which was not an issue for us, but something to be aware of.. It was a magical stay and we can't wait to come back.

This property is like a duplex- split apart from the rest of a bigger single family home. It was cute and had a wonderful yard with a great view. We stayed in October and the weather was wonderful. It was easy to check in and communicate with the host. She lives in the other half of the house. Walls were a bit thin and we never found a trash can for our trash, but these were minor details. The bed was comfy, bathroom was big, and living room was big enough to sip our coffee and relax. The property has a gate entrance which made us feel secure at night.

Aldo und Anna sind sehr nette und hilfreiche Gastgeber. Das Grundstück und Haus liegt mit einmaliger Aussicht über den See. Allerdings führt unten die Durchgangsstraße entlang, wodurch man auch etwas den Verkehr hört. Die Zufahrt von der Straße zum Haus ist ziemlich steil, aber sehr gut gepflaster und breit genug, so dass man es mit etwas Schwung problemlos hinauf schafft. Im Haus und Garten ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. Es ist gepflegt und sauber. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
