I would like to say my stay was more then I expected the owners were very accommodating to our needs and went out of their way to provide us with laundry, cleaning rides to the train station and great conversation to help us find things around town I am very impressed and I think others will be too with this family in this house. Thank you to Veronica and Jose and that I appreciate.

Have been traveling the globe for last 20+ years and this place stands out to be extraordinary. The living area was spacious, well decorated and included extra amenities one finds in the comfort of his/her home. Stepping out of the living quarters, you will find yourself in a resort like experience with beautiful yard. On one side there’s a pool and lounge area with scenic view of the sea as well as the surrounding neighborhood. One the other side of the property, you are surprised by an extensive garden with fruit trees, floral plants and fair amount of animals (chickens, geese, tortoise, turtles and more). The hosts are very kind and friendly. They communicate promptly and eager to help. If you’re looking for a place NE coast of Spain that gives you short drives into Barcelona City or the North coasts where there are beautiful coves be beaches, this is the place. It is tucked away into the hills of Canet and it was a great retreat.

Great location.Access to train,dining,shopping and scenic walks. Great for day trips to surrounding areas. Sandra and Guillem were the perfect hosts.They were so gracious to share their beautiful property and their enthusiasm and passion for rehabilitating all types of animals. This place is fantastic. It’s in a really cute part of the village which is charming. There are shops and restaurants nearby. It’s very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the wood stove. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, orange juice, bottled water, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. But you will have to buy ice, which they have at a little market around the block. Our phones did not work but Ellen was great and we worked everything out through the VRBO app. If you are worried about being outside of the city the train is reliable and gets you to the heart of town quickly. I’m really glad we stayed here!

This was the THE place to stay for our group. We had an absolutely blast and spent every moment outdoors. The house was perfect for our family gathering and we had the best time making use of the amenities.

What an amazing stay! The property was perfect for our family. A quiet, safe, & peaceful place outside of the big city is exactly what we needed. Yolanda, Abel, and Pol are the kindest, most helpful hosts we have ever dealt with. We hope to come back and stay here again, it was truly perfect! Thanks again!

We stayed at Villa Blanca for 2 weeks in July. The first week was with our children and grandchildren, 25 people altogether. The second week was with my 3 sisters, their spouses and children, 15 people. Both weeks were fabulous and memorable. Our groups like exploring new places as well as sports, pool time and games. The villa is great for both. The access to Costa Brava beaches and to Barcelona allowed for easy exploring and daytrips. Guests swam (the pool is perfect - big, clean, good temperature, sparkling water), played tennis, pickle ball, boule, and more. Carina was always accessible and helpful. Her catering recommendation - Cristina - and activity planner - Borja - were great. Flamenco dancers at the house on our last night were amazing and and a perfect way to end a trip of a lifetime. Can't wait to return.
