  • The best summer!

"I would absolutely recommend this home and would love to come back again sometime. The owner is nice and always reachable by phone. Donna and Jim manage the property and were really friendly as well. The house is very cute with a nice screened in area to sit outside in the breeze. The bars and restaurants in Gulfport are within walking distance. My husband and I enjoyed going to O'Maddy's, the karaoke bar, or walking to the pier and seeing everyone. The beach is a short drive, or about a half hour bike ride if you want to get good and sweaty before swimming. Downtown St. Pete is also a close drive. I recommend checking out the Salvador Dali museum and doing the guided tour!"

  • Wonderful experience

"This was our first time staying in a VRBO, and we will definitely do it again! Our family of 5 (3 children 9, 8, 6) stayed for 1 week, and it was so nice for them to have room to play, and live like we were at home. This house was very spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. Easy to find and get to. Loved having the driveway so we didn't have to park on the street. 5 block walk to the water and a busy nightlife (if only we'd left the kids at home), but off the main route to the pubs and restaurants, so we didn't get the traffic. 10 min. drive to Publix grocery store. 15 min. drive to St. Pete's Beach. 45 min. to downtown Amalie Arena, 50 min. to Busch Gardens and MOSI, 1 1/2hrs to LEGOLAND. While a hotel would have been closer to the attractions we went to, the house and space was worth the drive. My only regret is we didn't have an extra day to lounge around Gulf Port and take in the neighborhood. A spacious park is right across the street with tennis courts and play structure. We had to run to the store as soon as we got there to get some necessities (toilet paper & food), so we were glad we arrived in the afternoon. Listing description is accurate. House was clean and well-maintained, back yard not so much - but it was December and I'm not sure if that was normal for Florida in the winter? We didn't have time to go out there anyway and didn't have a pet, so it was fine for us. I would absolutely recommend this property!"

  • Fabulous house, top notch hosts

"We stayed at this wonderful house in Gulfport the last week in January to visit family and could not have been happier. Mark met us at the property to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. There were two living rooms, both with TV's, to accommodate all our relatives who came to visit. They even left a welcome basket with coffee's, teas, creamers, snacks, etc. When we come back next year we definitely hope to stay there if it's available."
